My wife and I are seasoned travelers, and over the years we’ve learned that the best adventures come when you keep your expectations realistic and stay open to new experiences. When we had the opportunity to travel to Nepal with my wife’s cousin, she highly recommended Aarush and the guide who had led her trek to Everest Base Camp. We are so grateful we took her advice.

Our main guide, Abhi, was exceptional—organized, knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. His excellent English and ability to speak several other languages made communication effortless. Our porters, Biri and Rupus, were equally amazing. Their kindness, positive energy, and sense of humor kept us smiling and laughing throughout our 21-day adventure.

Together, this team made Nepal’s breathtaking beauty even more memorable. Aarush personalized every aspect of our trip and ensured we were well taken care of from start to finish, including transportation, sightseeing in Kathmandu, accommodating food allergies, shopping recommendations, and our trek to Annapurna.

This young company has an incredibly bright future. We highly recommend Aarush to anyone considering a trek in Nepal, and we’re already looking forward to returning someday with our kids for another adventure.

We choose Aarush Adventures because I had met Birman Tamang on a 2023 trek. This year our Aarush Adventures representatives were Abhinaya (“Avi”), our guide, and Rupesh and Bire were our support team. We would not have achieved our goal of reaching Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) without them and we also shared so many laughs, stories, and created lifetime memories.

From start to finish, our trek was unforgettable. At our request, Aarush Adventures made some slight modifications to our trek package. We added a few extra days for time zone adjustment and shopping/exploring in Kathmandu. We also added an Everest Scenic Flight to our itinerary - and were fortunate to see many mountains and Himilayas peaking through the clouds. The overall package included airport pick up, sightseeing, hotels, lodges, trekking guide and support team, many of the meals, permits, and more (check out their webpage for more details and current pricing) Absolutely great value for the package price!

We experienced so many different elements in the 12 days ABC trek - weather (humidity, snow, sleet, rain, hail, and sun), terrain (trails and soooo many stairs) and the unique character of the various villages we passed through or stayed in. We saw amazing mountains, lush forests, beautiful trees and flowers, monkeys, many birds, water buffalo, horses…and yes more than our share of stone stairs. Our Aarush team encouraged, supported, and educated us about the people, culture, and wide range of experiences that can arise in Himilayas. What an unforgettable trip!!

Second time to Himalayas trekking with Birman Tamang - Aarush owner. This time to Nar Phu - Tilicho - ACT. My friends and I value Aarush for tailor made approach, trust, professionalism and a great insights into local people, culture and a detailed knowledge of mountains. The Annapurna Circuit bike trek with Aarush Adventure was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Everything we agreed on beforehand was delivered exactly as promised. Our guide and the owner of the agency, Birman, was absolutely fantastic – professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. As the altitude increased, the cycling became more challenging, but the breathtaking views of the Himalayan peaks made it all worthwhile.
From day one, Birman and his team took excellent care of us. They were not only attentive and well-organized but also great fun to be around. We learned a lot about Buddhism, local culture, and nature throughout the journey. The itinerary was flexible – we could adjust our daily plans based on how we felt and our energy levels.
We’re demanding travelers and had requested top-quality accommodation in Kathmandu, Pokhara, and every village we stayed in. Birman managed to arrange everything perfectly. The trip ended with a spectacular helicopter ride to Annapurna Base Camp – an absolute highlight!

While my brother and I were looking to do a trek in Nepal, a friend recommended Birman as a guide and we couldn’t have been happier with that suggestion. From the start, he shared several trekking options with us, each with a detailed itinerary, and we decided on a 9-day trek through Langtang Valley and Gosaikunda.
Those 9 days flew by, thanks to how easy and natural it was to connect with Birman. He shared his knowledge of Nepali culture and religion, especially Buddhism, which was deeply present throughout the many pilgrimage sites we visited. He introduced us to fruits growing in the jungle, explained the landscapes and mountains we passed, and shared a lot about the local traditions. Moreover, he is very passionate about the conservation of the nature and tries to make a positive impact on the environment.
He positivity and adventurous spirit made each day both fun and meaningful. Thanks to him, we discovered the beautiful nature and people of Nepal. We came as clients and left as friends!
