When an incident is reported, we follow a professional process with a few initial steps by phone. These checks are not meant to delay, but to ensure a quick and effective resolution — and this structured approach is what makes the difference in maintaining quality for all our guests. If on-site assistance is required, our maintenance team is of course sent to the villa.

Regarding the photos, we make great efforts to keep all villa portfolios updated with recent professional photography so that the presentation is as accurate as possible. Even so, we will review your comments with our Quality Department to continue improving.
