Horrendous customer service. I Ordered my readily available, non-outofstock fragrances on June 3rd. Shipping was supposed to happen within 1-3 days, which came and went, and there was no sign of a tracking info. I reached out to customer service email, since this business (conveniently) doesn't have a call number, and I received an automated email, but no human customer-service response. I sent them another email a couple of days later, this time letting them know that I would like to cancel my order since they had not shipped my order yet nor responded to my complaint, and still no response. It was today, after waiting close to 2 weeks that I then decided to take matters into my own hands and have initiated a dispute with my credit card company for non-shipment of items. I thought I'd do business with an independent company with cruelty-free values and purchase what seems like a decent set of perfumes, but clearly there are some serious issues with communication and customer service. Avoid them

My favourites out of the scents have to be The Cape, Voyageurs, and Mojave. All the scents are lovely.

I just made my third Abbott purchase. For many years, I have settled for fragrances that just didn't suit me. Abbott has finally changed that. The fragrances have a clean and natural scent. I LOVE the sample set, and I have purchased it more than once because I love to have options every day. I don't feel like I am applying perfume, but rather a range of earthy scents that I feel complement my skin's natural smell.

3 of 4 samples will not spray at all.

I read about Abbot and their fragrance called “the Cape”, evoking Cape Cod. I have gone to the Cape every summer for the past 10 years except for 2020. I missed it and was very excited to buy this. I waited, of course, until I had another steady job, which was recent. It was a treat for myself.

I bought the smaller size just to try and put it on as soon as it arrived. Now, don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with the fragrance. But, even after wearing it all day, it smells nothing like the Cape and doesn’t evoke any kind of memory or thought in that direction. There is too strong of an undercurrent of musk. It is not airy or salty and the base heaviness never wears off.

Just in case it was my body causing this, I had two other women try it, both of whom love Cape Cod. Both agreed and said they would never order this.

I’m disappointed but am open to trying another version if it is updated at some point.

I love these scents, they are unique and last a decent amount of time...I really hope to see what these guys come up with new scent wise!

I love using Abbott and giving it as gifts. My friends of all ages rave about their favorite scents. My personal favorite is Crescent Beach but also enjoy being to change it up depending on mood and where I am going.

I am enjoying my sampler pack. So glad that Kate’s Clean Life suggested this product. I always worry about wearing fragrances and how clean and good they are for me. I will be ordering the Big Sky Fran gran e soon as my sampler is gone.

Their products smell great, they ship quickly, and they update regularly on where your order is/when it will arrive. I would definitely recommend Abbott NYC. I got the sample box as a gift last year, and they lasted almost exactly a year!

I bought the Discovery Sample Set as I had heard many good things and wanted to try all their scents. I can't describe how much I love this set and almost every single scent included. I had bought sample sets from a number of different companies (thank you Black Friday) and this is by far my favourite. True to other reviews, some scents do lean more to what people would say is masculine, but I would say are still quite gender neutral. Wear what makes you happy!

My favourites out of the scents have to be The Cape, Voyageurs, and Mojave. All the scents are lovely and I tend to have a tough time as many perfumes tend to make me nauseous. My least favourite was Montecito only because I loathe grapefruit notes in perfumes. Will most likely be buying a full bottle of The Cape since I'm already almost out of my sample. Something about it slams me right back to growing up by the beach in Eastern Canada

10/10 would recommend and a great way to test out the full set

Originally ordered the sample pack and ended up narrowing it down from there. Excited to have found a new cologne I love!

Great scents. They are light are don't last terribly long but I'd rather err on that side of the line anyway. I bought several of there 27ml sizes and plan on giving them out as gifts well this year. They all smell very crisp and natural. Big Sky in particular smells just... clean, a lot like fresh laundry to me.

I have tried both Crescent Beach and Big Sky and I am a big fan of both! Crescent Beach is my favorite nature-y scent for myself (female). It smells like a field of wildflowers overlooking a rocky beach and I always get so many compliments on it! I bought Big Sky for my brother after sampling it in the test kit and he loves it! He loves nature and hiking, so I thought it would make a great gift for him. Big Sky smells very fresh with some woodsy notes, so it is very clean but masculine. I would highly recommend both of these fragrances!

I've purchased several times from Abbott and love everything they make. My scent is Mojave and I have a lot of people ask me about it because they love the smell.
