Alan is extremely helpful and has been organising buses to take our students to Little Sparta for several years now. Never disappointed with ABC.

An excellent service. Arrived on time and saw us safely to our destination. The driver was courteous helpful and cheerful. The whole process from booking through to delivery of the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Many thanks to ABC coaches for ensuring my stag trip to Chester races on the 15th June was a total success. Day and night time went without a hitch. Both Angela and Graham were superb through out our day. Would highly recommend the company and have nothing but praise for them.

They were excellent in providing a super mini coach for the mourners at the funeral in Edinburgh. Arrived bang on time and driver was smartly dressed and very helpful through the service and dropping everyone off at the wake.
Would have no hesitation in recommending ABC to anyone and unlike some other I range they answered the phone quickly and provided an prompt quotation for their services.

Driver was polite and helpful and arrived at our destinations on time.
No problems with the driver.

My guests did make comment that there was a very bad smell on board the mini bus.
A ‘Fishy’ kind of smell .. could be upholstery Industrial glue from new fabric.
It was so strong two of the guests decided to leave the bus.

No carpets on the floor making it feel
Cold and unwelcoming . My comments are constructive comments and hopefully may help the coach company to improve .

There's no excuse for not painting the name of the company on the side of the vehicle so we know it's from the company we contacted. Also no excuse for not showing the name of the person who ordered the vehicle so passers by can determine if its for them or somebody else. I think ABC needs to learn how taxi companies connect with their passengers in a more efficient and professional manner.
