A Bland was absolutely fantastic! I was told by my solicitors I needed to have an independent surveyor out with only 2 days notice before I moved out ... I thought this was going to be impossible but not for Andrew. I rang Andrew and he changed his evening around to come out and see me that night. A Bland Surveyor. We needed a surveyor to help with a land transfer, we rang lots of people who were not interested at all, Andrew came out to view and measure the area and within the week we had professional plans ready to proceed.

Fantastic from start to finish.
Given 6-8 week wait for a survey which we needed doing as soon as possible by other local surveyors, Andrew completed within a week of my phone call to him and the report was done at the start of the following week. Fantastic service, would certainly use him again.

Great service from A Bland Surveyor. Andrew was very efficient, reliable and friendly. Andrew visited us Friday morning and had his report ready by the evening of the same day.

Andrew carried out a Level 2 survey for me. The inspection was done in a short time scale. The report was comprehensive but written in easy to understand language for someone with no real knowledge of buildings. I contacted Andrew as there were several points he raised which I didn't fully understand, he was very helpful in explaining the issues, and even sent me some additional information.I wouldn't hesitate to use Andrew again.

As a FTB some of these processes can be difficult to navigate, after receiving a quotation from Andrew I found him to be very professional, crystal clear in what he could and would deliver and the whole process from engagement to delivery of the report was smooth and professional.
The report was thorough and included some really useful photos of specific problem areas to consider for the future.

Found Andrew from Google and after reading his reviews decided to use his surveying services.
Found him to be very professional in his manner and explained the service he offered.
He completed the survey and supplied the report and I was very pleased with thoroughness of his visit to the property.
Very reasonable cost and I wouldn't have any problem recommending him.

Andrew was extremely helpful from the start. He spent time explaining the difference in levels of survey in order to help me to make the correct choice. He was able to arrange an appointment within a week and he also sent his report within the agreed timescales. His report was very detailed but also easy to understand.
