Our adviser through the whole process was Sian Allison and to be honest nothing was to much trouble for her. Great to chat to very friendly efficient and knew the answer to every question and enquiry. Even communicated out of hours and weekends and always got a mail back within 2-4 hrs. A short and sweet review but nothing more to say 10/10 from Sian Allison @Able Mortgages.

Two mortgages sorted, one simple one and one much more tricky due to some particular constraints on my side. Fantastic support from Paul, who worked tirelessly to speed things along before further mortgage rate increases. Paul was also extremely helpful in working through life and critical illness cover with us. I can't recommend Able Mortgages highly enough. Service level is well above and beyond what might be expected. Look no further!

We had a really tricky mortgage but Paul was amazing and managed to get us an excellent deal as well as resolving a number of complex issues that were unique to our case. Alice at Able Mortgages was by far the best part of buying my first place. She was efficient, approachable and professional through the entire process. No question was too big of too small for her to answer. She was a quick replier via email and friendly to talk to on the phone. Alice was fabulous helping out for my first mortgage for a shared ownership property. I was clueless but Alice made me feel like I could ask any question to help me understand. She has been kind, polite and supportive throughout the whole process keeping in touch.

Recently used Paul for a remortgage. Having used Paul for our last mortgage, he called us to remind us of the looming deadline in plenty of time to get a new deal in place before the increased interest rates.
