Really how appreciate Wallis and Rachel guided me through a process that, let's be honest, NO ONE likes to do, and they made it a breeze! They hopped on the phone to explain the process (no charge for the consultation!), ushered me through every step of the application, shielded me from as much foolishness from the insurance companies as possible, gave me tips on reducing my premium, sent gentle reminders to keep me on track, and issued a concise, easy-to-understand summary of my final policy once everything was tied up in a bow. And special hats off for helping this pregnant lady navigate a process that definitely discriminates against preggos!
