Courier Sonic was great, he dropped a parcel from my work to me and kindly returned my laptop to my old employer, he was very friendly and polite, providing a seamless handover.

Absolutely is an outstanding courier company! Extremely professional, reliable and always willing to help. Their customer service is excellent from start to finish and they consistently go above and beyond expectations.

A special thank you to Emily Pearce, who truly goes the extra mile every single time. There are honestly no words to thank her enough for all the support, dedication and help she has provided. She is a real credit to the company.

Absolutely Couriers were fantastic in helping us with a complex multi-pickup and drop-off job for our recent BID ballot. From start to finish, the whole process was handled smoothly, professionally, and with real attention to detail.

Emily led the bookings and coordination brilliantly, keeping everything clear, calm, and well organised. Her support made a potentially stressful job feel completely manageable, and the team executed every stage flawlessly.

I wish I could give zero stars, but this is the lowest rating available. My advice is simple: do NOT arrange anything with this company.

I booked a collection with them after confirming twice that they would provide a box, as they had done for previous collections. They assured me it wasn’t necessary and that their driver would safely collect the IT equipment as-is. Based on their reassurance, I proceeded.

When the items were returned, several pieces were damaged, including a broken screen. I contacted them immediately, only to be told they couldn’t help because the items “weren’t in a box.” This was exactly the issue I had tried to avoid by asking them to provide one. They refused to take responsibility, offered only empty apologies, and repeatedly sent the same responses without addressing any of the evidence I provided, including photos showing how the equipment was packed and its condition before collection.

They clearly do not read emails, do not take accountability, and do not value their customers. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I will never use their service again.

Sonic just came to the door with a delivery for me. He was the most helpful, friendly courier I have ever met. If all deliveries were like that the world would be a much better place. Thank you Sonic!

First time using this courier (through their APC subdivision) and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Medical goods have been stuck in their system for nearly a week. The driver went to our address, took a photo, and left without even attempting delivery. The driver admitted this directly.

They’re using agency drivers with little to no training. Their office team made repeated false promises about AM deliveries that never took place, along with “attempts” that simply never happened.

Overall, extremely disappointed with the service.

Our business has used Absolutely since 2021 and is the best UK service for transporting glass bottles, and most of our orders are delivered next day. Pam in particular must be praised for always going out of her way to help. A real gem.

I wrote a review in 2021 and Absolutely Courier somehow managed to get it removed. I am revisiting as Absolutely, after an awful, painful experience with a trial, have take a payment on my historical account from 2021 - 4 years after my account was closed. My experience in 2025 matches my experience from 2021: A terrible company which should be avoided

Awful & expensive experience

We ran a trial with Absolutely to consider the suitability to work alongside them. During that trial, a pricing structure was agreed, which obviously was crucial to participating in the trial. The pricing structure of that trial was subsequently ignored, with a bill that was inflated - approx 200% more than advertised.

When challenged, there was an initial understanding of admin errors and missed communication to consider the discounts associated to the trial period.

However, the billing issue persisted, with the next statement showing the same confusion. On this occasion, the original contact had left, so I had to un-tangle the situation with another staff member.

This didn't yield any progress. I had to constantly chase & the situation didn't become any clearer - & essentially, I was still being charged a higher amount to the original agreed.

The service was stopped immediately (outside of the awful communication, the general service wasn't great either) and I've continued to have statements sent to me asking for money.

My emails are now ignored (across all email addresses I have for the company).

A poor experience, compounded by ridiculously bad communication.

Non-existent customer services and dangerous couriers. Would avoid this company.

Next day Delivery from London to Manchester, still waiting to recieve my package.

The customer service team says that the "Next day service" team is currently not available to take phone calls.

Not satisfied!

Just wanted to say it's a really great courier you have there, he insisted on taking a heavy parcel up for us when many would have left it downstairs. Much appreciated:-)

Customer services stepped up to ensure that I was kept informed about the progress of an urgent delivery that I was expecting...and they delivered on time. Thank you Absolutely Courier.

We've been using courier companies on and off over the years for our business. This company however is the one we have now stuck with and is the best by far for their reliability, customer service and making things right on the VERY rare occasions when something has gone wrong.
Really recommend!

An "Absolute" courier.

Before the last order I made, I never heard about Absolute courier before. and it has been a pity. Because, with Absolute, I eventually found a really trustful and reliable courier, where all the employers have been available, and comprehensive to meet my needs.

In the wild and vast field of the UK currier ecosystem, I truly recommend this service.

Poor experience as well - booked overnight delivery and two days later still no delivery. Couldn't even tell me when it would be delivered. Would not recommend for deliveries out of London and because of this experience won't use it in London
