Every review said it is comfortable. Well not for me! My back hurts worse and the stones are really not comfortable for my hips. My shoulders do feel better though, so i gave it one star. They were hurting all the time and kinda scary because i work in a warehouse, like pain pills, stretches, you name it didn't help but this heating pad did. I gave it one more star bcz its a body length heating pad, hard to find that. The controller acts strange sometimes, so i go down to zero and turn it back up. So, one star off for not comfortable and one star off for controller is too cheap for the money paid.

My infrared full length heating pad with Jade and tourmaline works great, just wish the cord was a little longer. Great value for the price, highly recommend.

All my questions were answered promptly and fully, the product arrived in good time no delays, instructions made it easy to use, the first time I used it I felt the effects immediately and I'm impressed with its quality and cost. It is easily transportable, I am very impressed with the service and product and am recommending it to family and friends. I love my mat and I’m so happy I bought it! I’ve already referred 3 friends to get one. I just had surgery last week and I’ve been using it everyday to recover and heal. I am beyond pleased with this company and the products! I ordered a weighted far red mat. It arrived in a week and I opened it and found the connector for the electrical plug broken. I contacted customer service and they told me it had never happened before, so it must have happened in shipping. They said they would replace or refund, my choice. I asked for a replacement, it arrived in a few days. I got it yesterday and it is fantastic. The quality is great on these so it’s feels so soothing. I thought near infrared was great but this is even better.

I had accidentally ordered the smaller size and had wanted the larger one and when I tried to return it there was no response to my inquiries or my questions regarding wanting to exchange the small one for the larger one. I went to Fed Ex who delivered and all other deliverers to read the return code without success.

The chat was very helpful in answering my question. What I found amazing was how fast the delivery of the order was like in 4 days! I have ordered 3 items on separate occasions. When I went on vacation I asked a relative to order an item for me as a gift for someone. He received the delivery within five days. I discovered Acada infra heating mats through my chiropractor who really like the product. Basically before purchasing I had the regular experience of using it during my visits with the provider.

I received the adapter as promised.
The mat heats quickly and the benefits are great. I use it to relax the muscles in my back following a series of fusions to my spine.

Bought an open box, full body Far infrared mat . It came quickly and works great. Planning on other purchases from this company.
