Terrible experience and I hope that no one else has the experience of buying a product and not receiving it because they sent it to the wrong address. I only queried it when I got a notification advising that order was delivered and I had paid £16.99 I contacted the seller and they were very unhelpful and they said that I could order a replacement but as far as they are concerned they have delivered the order.
They have accused me of being a scammer and to go and scam someone else.
I ordered through eBay so be careful with what you purchase online because I am without my item and £16.99 out of pocket

Is person that goes around other company's filming them and talking to the owners of the companies like rubbish just to wind them up and get reactions for is YouTube channel
He is a nasty piece of work.
Do not buy from this company he is not a nice man.

Bought the charger as my lightening input has failed on my iPhone.
It came complete with leads and charging plug and has been faultless in use. Reasonable price and quick delivery. Very content, thank you

AC Adaptors had the product I was looking for, at a price I was willing to pay and delivered it (almost) on time (courier's fault, not AC) so I cannot fault their service and well worthy of a full 5* review.

I found AC Adapters R US a pleasure to deal with. I ordered a simple cable which came promptly. Unfortunately, my Panasonic Camcorder could not recognise it. I simply what’s app’d them and they sent me another. This did not work either and I suspect the issue was at my end. Without any quibble they refunded me. Great customer service would not hesitate to use them again.

Great Service. The most helpful thing was that I enter my device and they tell you the charger to order, so there is no doubt if you got the right thing. I ordered two for a nas and one for an old g-raid. So far so good!
