Working with Academy was a great experience from the moment I picked up the phone to schedule, to when the bus drivers brought us back to school. The bus drivers from Academy (we had 4 buses) were on time and professional. They drove safely and knew where they were going. Our driver even had an age appropriate move for the DVD player on the bus. We have used Academy for our field trips for six years, and will continue to use them.

Excellent experience with Academy Coach. Arrived early, driver was very friendly, reached destination quickly and safely. Coach bus was very clean and new.

Andrea Scott has been hugely helpful in setting things up for our concert tour with Academy. She is unfailingly helpful and kind. We have had Esther Pettiford as our driver for less than 24 hours so far, but she is very warm and generous and accommodating.

We had a wifi problem, but she reached someone on the phone who was able to fix that. We have an a-c problem, even though she says it was working on her dead run down to Orlando. She will be taking that in for repairs today, which is a short travel day. I suspect that she won't relent until this is fixed. I'm confident that she will continue to be a very kind and responsive driver for us.

Everything was great.It would be helpful to have numbers for each seat for my customers.The 57 passagers bus i had no seat numbets I assigned seats when i give my trips it makes it easy and much organized. But everything else was on tome

We had a very pleasant trip with excellence service. Our driver was extremely courteous and outstanding driving skills.

Our bus driver, Dave, was courteous and friendly, helpful and prompt. He spent the day shuttling us around and was responsive to text messages and always there when we needed him. The bus itself was clean and comfortable. It was a great experience.

The bus was on time, we got to the places that we needed to go on time, but the driver was falling asleep while driving. We had to talk to him to keep him awake...please make sure your drivers are getting enough sleep.

Everything went well and our driver was very good and friendly. Would use him again.

Both bus drivers were very courteous and helpful. They were at the school to pick us up well before the time, so there were no worries.

The bus arrived on time at every location. The bus was clean and comfortable and the ride was smooth. Our driver, Audi, was professional, courteous and pleasant. We were able to communicate well during the ride and he showed great patience as we determined the exact location of our first stop. Our dealings with Bridgette when booking the trip were quick, clear and professional as well.
