Top class company. They tried for about 20 minutes to sort out my garage door issue over the phone, which would have ultimately rewarded them nothing. They couldn’t help me on the phone so they sent out a couple of engineers who sorted the issue without fuss. Very personable company to deal with and I would absolutely use them again.

Access and Security helped me sort out problems with a garage door in a house I had just bought. The old up-and-over door wasn't closing properly in automatic mode and I found operating it manually was tricky. The new SeceuroGlide automatic roller door has worked well for two months now and there are still years on the guarantee. From the outset the office team, surveyor and installers were knowledgeable and friendly - that's a real bonus.

This reference is given honestly of my own accord. We needed electric shutters installed in our house. I obtained three estimates. I do not prioritise numbers, because I’ve learned that ‘cheap’ invariably turns out to be ‘expensive’. I simply start by looking at customer service and then read about the company and the quality of their product. Access-Security scored high in all respects. Kim was very professional, patient, and gave clear answers to my questions. The company provides high quality material and, most importantly, they use their own engineers rather than outsourcing, therefore they guarantee their own work. The engineers turned up on the date and time scheduled, and they completed the work without any fuss or raising any queries. They cleaned up when they’d finished, and the result of both the workmanship and the product went beyond our expectations - a rare occurrence these days. After the surveyor had measured up, there was no hard sell. A day or so later a cost for the work was provided.
When I contacted them to confirm I wanted the job to go ahead I was given a date which the company stuck to.
The installer was very courteous and did a fantastic job, with no mess whatsoever, and took away the old garage door and associated debris.
The product is of very high quality.

The advice and support prior to my placement of order continued throughout the supply and installation of the roller garage door.
All in all excellent service.

Speed and efficiency of service, and the installation

Nothing was too much trouble. From the initial enquiry to the installation, the entire team were professional, courteous, and accommodating, despite the challenges of multiple installation in a busy shopping parade. One very happy customer, can highly recommend.

I used Roller Garage Doors ltd at the recommendation of a friend. I knew I wanted a secure, insulated door, and a roller door was likely the best in terms of space efficiency. One quick phone call with appropriate measurements got an approximate quote, within a week the survey was complete and order placed. Within a month the whole thing complete, though they do say it can be a bit longer depending on the manufacturing time.

Fitting was done quickly and cleanly, no mess, and everything worked as hoped. No fuss at all. And the door it's self is beautifully engineered.

The whole process of site survey, ordering and installation of my 2 SeceuroGlide Garage doors by Access & Security Systems Limited was efficient and effective from start to completion.
The doors not only look so much better than my old doors they are more secure, easy to open/close and weatherproof.

Excellent from start to finish. We visited their showroom to see what type of garage door were available. There were no pushy sales tactics. They came out and assessed our garage and we agreed on the type of door that was suitable. Many colours and options were available. Once the new door was ready the team turned up and fitted the door without any fuss and cheerful disposition. The door was fitted perfectly and has made a vast improvement to the front of the property.

The whole experience was positive from when I first contacted the company, got a quote , visited site to see actual product, and installation.
The installers were quick, efficient and tidy, giving clear instructions on how to use the door. Instructions were left on maintenance and how to register for the guarantee . The door looks good as well and finishing touches around frame were well done

Excellent advice and great product. The fitting of a sliding grill on a garage side door was done quickly and efficiently and they did a thorough tidy-up at the end. Very pleased.

Excellent company from Estimator to fitting with good communication in between. Fitting took less than 2 hrs, roller door looks great and works perfectly. Naylor and Paddy wouldn’t stop for tea! Highly recommend.

We had an awning fabric replaced with Access & Security Systems. Professional communication throughout from head office and team of engineers very helpful. Even when there was a slight issue, it was sorted promptly. Would recommend.
