As I am getting closer to the end point assessment of my Level 4 Sports Coaching apprenticeship, Claire Colligan has answered every call, text and email whenever I have needed her. The follow up meetings every six weeks is very helpful. With Claire's knowledge and experience working in higher education, she has been able to provide me with even more knowledge about the course, especially leading up to my end point assessment. Not only does she care about my learning, but she also cares for my mental and physical wellbeing as sometimes life can get in the way of learning.

My experience with Access has been great, in particular Claire Colligan my tutor. Always available for specific help/feedback and constantly there to support me through my work.

I’ve been learning sports with access since September and I’ve received loads of help and been offered extra help from Claire Colligan when I’ve found task hard which has helped deepen my understanding of the subject.

Jenna helped me get apprentice within a week she was very proactive, highly recommend great company !!!

As someone who has been trying to revamp a 20 year old apprenticeship scheme, I was very pleased when Katie and the Access team were brought in to deliver training.
Things started to move very quickly once they were on board!

With the first cohort having now started their journey, Im looking forward to working with Access to deliver a robust training scheme that will become the standard for our industry for years to come.

I recently completed my Level 3 Events Assistant Apprenticeship with Access Creative College, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible support and guidance I received throughout my journey.

From the very beginning, the team at Access Creative were outstanding. A special thanks goes to Jamie Brown and Tracey Cooper, who were amazing at helping me succeed, especially during some internal changes within my organisation. Jamie, my main training provider, was absolutely fantastic. His teaching style was clear, engaging, and easy to follow. He consistently went above and beyond, offering one-to-one catch-ups and refreshers to ensure I fully understood the course material.
During my End Point Assessment, the support I received was incredible. Both Jamie and Tracey helped me prepare thoroughly for my project report and professional discussion, making the process far less daunting and ensuring I felt confident and well-prepared.

When I first started my apprenticeship, I struggled with confidence and was anxious about beginning a career in the events industry. Thanks to the dedication and encouragement of the Access Creative College team, I now feel ready and excited to continue growing and developing in this field. I can’t recommend Access Creative College highly enough for anyone considering an apprenticeship. Thank you for everything!

Unfortunately I couldn't give Kayleigh 6 stars but she absolutely deserves them. She was so supportive, encouraging and she went out of her way to communicate with me on each step of the process. I can't thank her enough personally. She was a calm voice and a reassuring presence when I got the apprenticeship I wanted.

Kayleigh has been wonderful in finding me the apprenticeship I wanted. A kind voice to guide me through the process and answer any questions I've had.

Tracey Cooper has worked extremely hard to guide both us as an organisation and the apprentice through the process. We are very grateful for her support and delighted that the apprentice achieved a Distinction! Thank you and congratulations!

We approached Access as we wanted to hire an apprentice, access were recommended by one of our suppliers! I have to say from my initial meeting with Tom all the way through to finding a candidate they have been superb! We have a great young apprentice who is now 3 months into her role and is thriving! Tom and kayliegh have been amazing, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an apprentice to get in touch with Acsess!

Kayleigh Judge was absolutely amazing throughout the recruitment process for a Content Creator apprentice. From the very start, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough in understanding our business needs. She worked tirelessly to find a brilliant candidate that perfectly matched what we were looking for.

Unfortunately, due to a change in our internal business needs, we weren't able to proceed with the apprenticeship at this time — but that doesn't take away from the incredible effort Kayleigh put in. Her communication, dedication, and support were outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again in the future.

We've been wary of hiring apprentices and of apprenticeship providers in general, but Tom was recommended by a colleague and the process was smoother than we could have hoped. Kayleigh made sure the onboarding was smooth and we hired one of the first 3 candidates we met and they're getting on great.

I would say my experience has been especially good because of my teacher Laila Austin. She has helped me pass and get though my English level 2 Qualification and at the moment she is currently helping me pass my Maths level 2, I always go though each of our sessions learning more each time we go on zoom and we always have time to fit in a laugh. Overall I'm grateful Laila is my teacher.

Tom and Kayleigh have made the process of taking apprentices seamless. As a business, we have never taken on apprentices before but this has been a great decision for us. Tom is very personable and knowledgeable and Kayleigh has ensured that we had the right candidates for us and that both us and the apprentices were properly prepared. I can not recommend them both enough.

Straightforward and pretty simple to access. We actually found our apprentice ourselves and we were able to integrate her into the Access Industry system, all good

I've been really pleased with the recruitment process. I had Kayleigh and she's been very informative and helpful with the process. I look forward to how the rest of my apprenticeship goes. Would recommend to those in need of online apprenticeships.

I had always struggled with getting my maths, but since starting my apprenticeship, I had a huge amount of help from Laila Austin. She has a way of explaining answers to make it so clear on what you need to do and is such a lovely person! I would recommend to anyone struggling with maths 100% :)

Had a good experience with Access during my apprenticeship course. Tracey has been very helpful throughout the entire process leading up to my assessment with arranging practice discussions and making sure all the preparations been done well

I studied a Creative Venue Technician qualification through access industry. What the qualification taught me very nicely coincides with what I was taught at my venue in terms of practical. The college taught me everything i'd need to know for the theory side of a technician. My primary trainer, Tracey Cooper, has worked in the industry for a substancial number of years which also benefitted myself as she is more confidently able to link both the theory and practical elements of the course together.

Communication with the college is excellent. You have regular meetings, Trainers reply to emails fairly quickly should you have any questions regarding your work. Throughout the course you are constantly preparing for your End Point Assessment by gathering evidence and completeing professional discussions with your trainer.

As a general overview, What the college teaches you on this qualification gives you a good idea into what the whole industry has become based off its history and technological enhancements.

I would highly reccomend the course and especially reccomend Tracey as your trainer as she is always ready to help you if you're not sure on a task and she is also there to support you if you are struggling.

I have had a very positive experience with the college and are extremely grateful for the support I have recieved from Tracey throughout my time studying.
