I ordered next-day delivery, but it’s now the third day and the parcel still hasn’t arrived
I realise it was Easter, but if your couriers aren’t working during these days, don’t give people the option to choose and pay for next-day delivery

Hello, due to the 4 day Easter bank holiday this will cause a delay in orders reaching customers as, and as advertised, we do not make deliveries during the bank holiday.
We do state on our delivery page that Next Day deliveries are not made during bank holidays, a Next Day delivery service will still be quicker during this period than standard which would be even further delayed. However, all information is available so customers can self inform and be aware.

Hi, we can advise that the 'parcel depot' is when Evri had received your parcel at their depot which will then be passed over to your local courier. the 'parcel depot' is a not a delivery or collection point. Evri do advise when your parcel is out for delivery. We can see that your order is at your chosen parcelshop/locker awaiting collection.

Wrong photo of address
The photo shown of delivery isn’t my address, not sure who he tried to deliver it to, I was pinged an email saying my parcel was delivered. That’s when I opened the door to see where it was, the delivery guy was coming up the path with it, so I got it, I’m guessing the person realised it wasn’t for them and handed it back thankfully. But in his defence the address label was tiny and very faint, that needs to be looked at, so I’m not blaming him, more whoever does the labelling etc.

Crazy that I've been emailed twice to review my products but I can't because almost a week on from ordering, I still don't have them. Considering alot of retailers do next day/2 days as standard these days, this is so poor.
