I was sold an ad account that already had outstanding debt. This was never disclosed before the purchase. When I asked for a solution, I was told to pay the debt myself, which is unacceptable.
This is misleading and unprofessional. Selling accounts with existing debt is basically scamming customers.

Bought an account, Everything worked well the first 2 days following all their instructions, third day got a checkpoint on Fb and need to verify by phone, reached the customer service but they said they can't help or replace the account since the support is already expired for that order ID.

there wont be any support after 2 or 3 days of buying the account, so you cant do anything if something happened to the account (like a checkpoint or something) after that period

garbage website, i have experience in facebook accounts and bms, i bought bm from them, and i found it restricted, i tried to contact the support but they didn't reply, they want to steal your money, they don't care about the clients

I bought an account for work and when logging in, the password turned out to be incorrect, all the support answered was how to restore access to mail (by sending mail data and a link to the mail site), well, there following the logic and account.

I did a recovery and it took 2 minutes to log in. To my question addressed to the support "what and how to solve it", I was sent a screenshot of the policy, they say you can not change the password. Thank you, I read your policy, and the first thing I did was contact support, and they just told me how to restore my account.
