FERMS is a paradigm shift.
Great information. The FERMS framework is a great template to use. I have been in healthcare for over 40 years and this complements what I do very nicely. Helping identify a root cause and develop protocols to address the gut dysbiosis shifts the paradigm in improved health and wellness.

I've left 2 other Reviews on TrustPilot - April 4th and April 7th, 2026. I'm still waiting for their response. I've emailed several of their email addresses -the originals keep bouncing back as not active. Here's my original review below... I just want the school to contact me to obtain my credentials now that I'm done with the course and finished the Final Exam over 2 weeks ago.
I started the Functional Medicine Program and the Business Program in November 2025. I have been thoroughly impressed with the content, the structure, and Coach Sarah's responses. Until this past week (last week of March 2026) - the Coaching Platform - Heartbeat - closed the account and I've emailed everyday this week - no responses. Does that mean No Certifications??? Why no communication or "Sorry, we're closing down". Please reach out - My future plans are going up in smoke now... Thank you!

Discovery
I'm learning so much about methodology vs empathy, having worked in mental health for 35yrs, I'm finding that grief counseling is and forever will be in demand. This field touches the life of everyone in different seasons of life. I love learning and being able to use the tools I'm learning to enrich the life of others while also being able to apply it to self-care and awareness.

I really enjoyed this course. The lessons were clear, well organized, and easy to understand, even for someone who is still building confidence in clinical herbalism. I especially appreciated the focus on professional responsibility, client safety, herb–drug interactions, comprehensive intake assessments, and understanding the limits of a practitioner’s scope.
The course also gave practical guidance on building a practice, working with clients, setting prices, and creating follow-up plans. It was encouraging to see how life experience can be an advantage in this field. I finished the course feeling more knowledgeable, motivated, and excited to continue my herbal education.

My experience in taking and passing Pharmacognosy or clinical herbalism was truly rewarding because it allowed me to gain valuable knowledge about mesicinal plants and their role in promoting health and wellness confidently.

Not letting me submit my exam
Hi there. I have enjoyed the course but when I have completed the whole course Endometriosis Nutrition but then when it came down to the exam it would not let me submit my exam, it keeps saying ‘error’ or ‘this exam is not open for submission’ - and therefore no certificate. I have tried emailing and messaging all month to different emails and no reply. Please can you let me submit my exam and give me my certificate please. Thank you
