Sold an indestructible bear for heavy chewers for $30, my Border Collie ripped it in an hour and had cotton all over the place. Even Kong's teddies have lasted a lot longer. I contacted support and they said sorry for the inconvenience, it will cost you a lot to ship it, so here is $2. So much for their guarantee. After pushing back they offered $4. Seems like a scam, avoid at all costs

I bought the "Indestructible dog toy (bear)" that they claimed they "would replace if your dog destroys it". It took a month to arrive. The dog destroyed it in an hour. I contacted them and they said it would be to expensive for me to return and offerred me a $4USD refund, then $6USD. I asked for $10USD they refused to refund it eventhough $10USD was half the purchase price. They didn't offer to replace it. Its a typical "shipped from China" item. In my experience it doesn't do as claimed and they don't replace it if your dog destroys it. I won't buy anything out of China as its usually as substandard as their replacement policy.

I'm only giving them a one star review because I can't give them a zero. I ordered that dog toy that's supposed to be indestructible two weeks before Christmas. As of today it still has not arrived. I have been in the most frustrating conversation with a customer service representative who is refusing to refund my money. Instead of refunding my money they're insisting on sending me the package again. I have asked for a refund four times and keep on getting denied. It has been over 45 days since I ordered in my package. This company is awful to work with.

Accuraite advertized a toy bear for dogs that are "heavy chewers," so I bought one for my lab. It took 6 weeks to arrive, but when it did, I gave it to my dog. The bear did not last even 5 minutes! I contacted their customer support (what a laugh!). They asked me to send pictures, which I did. They responded that "dogs have sharp teeth" but they would send me $3.
By the way, the bear looks like it was put together by a high school sewing class! Perhaps this product should be marketed for dogs that have NO TEETH!
I think Accuraite is a pretty cheezy outfit.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DONT REPLACE THE ITEM. I RECEIVED THE ABOVE MENTIONED TOY AND WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS MY DOG DESTROYED IT. SO THINKING OF THE GUARANTEE I WROTE TO THEM AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS AS FOLLOWS Dogs have sharp teeth. This product is a doll made of cloth. It is normal for it to be torn. Please understand.

So I wrote back saying I don't accept their stupid offer of 3 USD WHEN I PAID 30.00 USD FOR THE ITEM.

SO AGAIN DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEIR COMPANY OR JUST SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY.

Sames as everyone else. 8 weeks to deliver the indestructible dog teddy. Lasted 1 hour.

I ordered a dog toy that was marketed as non-destructable for USD 26,98. it took my 14 months old Miniture poodle less than 5 minutes to damage it so badly that I had to take it away from her, so she wouldn't swallow the stuffing of the toy.

Instead of refunding the whole amount the customer service offered me a refund of USD 2 (two!) which I declined. I am still in communication with customer service as I am writing this review.

Don’t trust them, it’s a fraud! Ordered the 2 indestructible bear and my dog destroyed it within 5 mins! Then they offered lousy $7 USD refund 😕

Scam website, bought one of their un breakable dog teddy bears and our dog has destroyed it in under 5 minutes, they have offered a very expensive return or a US$2 refund, avoid this garbage.

It's a fraud. Ordered indestructible dog toys and my dog destroyed the toy in 5 minutes. They are a scam. Don't waste your time or money in this fraud

Item was sold via Instagram - aledgedly coming from Ireland. They kept me busy until Paypal closed the case. Was a scam all along.

Provided fake tracking and then told Paypal that i had received the product to stop my dispute. Shipping first showed item was on its way from USA and then when i identified that they were scamming me it changed to coming from China. Dont risk it, i think the site may have been taken over by scammers.

I ordered the Analog Quartz Watch Set. I received a Jewlry box with no watches inside. I'm waiting on feedback from this vendor, the processing company, my bank and Customs.

Order a shirt in October. As of December 12 the shirt has not arrived. Says it's been in Tulsa since the beginning of November with no arrival date or shipping date. Live and learn.
Update, got an email i am supposed to receive the item soon.

I ordered 72 bouncy balls for Halloween. When my order finally arrived it contained 1 ball. Customer service had refused to refund my money insisting I return product that was never delivered. I will never be ordering from here again.

Ordered the 72 halloween balls and only got ONE. This company is a scam! Offered me $5 refund when I paid $39.66.

Scam, did not send what was advertised

Received empty package- no contents inside. Ordered fluffy bunny key chains for granddaughters. Ordered crom FB. Return pkg. was from Aaron Wang- Chicago., beginning to think SCAM…

Scam company. Total scammers. They sent me bogus tracking info for a month, and then abruptly stopped sending them a month later. Now a month past that date they are ghosting me. Send a bazillion emails and not ONE response. Total SHAM
