The order process was easy
The order process was easy, and they emailed me to confirm the order and then again to give me an option of which photo to use (I sent three). They then confirmed when it had been dispatched and it arrived in good time. I'm really happy with it as it's a Christmas gift for my husband

Excellent Customer Service
The photos I sent were not compatible however Nick emailed with options and ideas to get the gift I wanted right.
After a couple of exchanges all was good to go, my marker arrived ahead of schedule even though there was this slight delay at the start. The quality of the product is exceptional, would highly recommend.

The picture I sent in is no way as clear as the one advertising. It is a christmas present and can not tell who the people are even tough one of them is me
After receiving good communication and customer service replacing my item I feel it only fair to increase the star rating.
I agree with Ace to get approval from a mock up prior ordering would be beneficial in clarity of getting what is ordered.
