Our house is currently undergoing a full renovation, so everything has been a bit up in the air. Brian arrived as arranged and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He offered a great price for the flooring and carpets, and we quickly got an installation date booked in. Excellent service so far, professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Stanley and Brian are very friendly and helpful with choosing the best floor we can have and even beyond office hours they remain accomodating with my queries. I recently had carpets fitted by Ace Floors, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

Brian, the owner, came out personally to measure up and brought a fantastic selection of carpets and LVT flooring for me to choose from. He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process—especially as I’m quite indecisive! He took the time to guide me toward the right choice without any pressure, which I really appreciated.

The fitters were just as impressive—professional, friendly, and clearly skilled at what they do. The quality of the finish is excellent, and my new carpets both look and feel amazing.

Overall, I’m absolutely delighted with the result. I would highly recommend Ace Floors to anyone looking for quality flooring and outstanding service, and they will definitely be my go-to for any future flooring needs.

This is a great company. They were such a good price, 50% cheeper than the company I’ve always used. That is a lesson learned.

Pricing really good, then communication is great too. No hard sell. They really listened, resolved problems that came up quickly and I’m absolutely thrilled with the work.

Great customer service from the initial introduction and selection of flooring, through to the fitting. Brian was really helpful and brought the goods to the dorrstep. Subsequent fitting was also excellent thanks to all the hard work from Jacob & Chris. Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish, I couldn’t be happier with the service from Ace Flooring. The whole experience was stress-free, with no pressure at any stage. The quality is amazing, and everything was completed within the exact timeframe I requested.

On fitting day, the lads did a brilliant job – the entire house was carpeted in just 2 hours! They worked quickly, left absolutely no mess behind, and the finish is perfect. I also really appreciated the follow-up call to make sure I was happy with everything.
