exelent custermer service when buying new keyboard 5 stars

Delivery was very prompt but more importantly the after sales team were extremely helpful when had a query regarding my keyboard.

A great company, wonderful customer service, I phoned and spoke to Callam a very knowledgable guy, the guitar was at the best price I could find, he sent me photo's of the guitar since I couldn't visit the premises being too far away, once I chose the guitar finish I wanted it was really easy to set up payment and account, delivery was the next day, couldn't wish for better customer experience.

Tried a few music shops for a deal but liked the attitude and honesty of Justin. Having previously bought from him I knew his support would be there when I needed it. Which off course you need when buying a new keyboard.

Callum was extremely helpful when I purchased a new multi effects pedal.
As I had pre ordered it he downloaded patches for me and explained how it worked.
I had to contact him later for advice which he gave and said I could contact him anytime for assistance.

I emailed asking them to include the "what 3 words" on the packaging to help with delivery and they did. They were friendly and quick to respond. Purchase arrived swiftly. I can't fault them.

I recently visited A&C Hamilton with a fairly clear idea of the keyboard I wanted to buy. However, after a chat with Keith in the showroom, it quickly became apparent that what I thought I needed wasn’t quite right for my actual requirements.

Keith was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout. Rather than upselling, he took the time to understand how I’d be using the keyboard and pointed me toward a much better fit — which turned out to be significantly cheaper than what I originally had in mind.

A rare and refreshing level of honesty and expertise. Thoroughly recommended.

I always love buying from A&C Hamilton, the team here are incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve bought a lot of guitar equipment from Callam, who’s always so clued up and helpful, and Matt is brilliant when it comes to drums. I’d always recommend this place, it’s my first stop for anything music equipment related.

Refreshing to talk to people who are musicians first and not pushy salesmen. I spoke to three different guys all of whom couldn't have been any more helpful or patient. I am a complete novice and they explained everything in detail and answered all my beginner's questions without being condescending. Can't recommend them highly enough.
