The guitar tech in store (Callum?) was very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced, and was able to lend real-world advice and insight rather than just being a yes man, which is really what you need to help you make decisions on expensive gear! Also, they had a GREAT price on the amp I bought that was better than anywhere else I could find online. Well worth the journey

Great information from start to finish delivered a fantastic product. Yet to learn how to play the Genos to its full potential as only had it one day but excited non the less. They part exchanged my nord keyboard and seamlessly sent a courier to and from to complete the transaction.
