Refuse to self exclude me.

I know that this is a self control issue, but they refuse to answer any emails regarding self exclusion, offer no way to do it on site. Do not spend your money at Casinos that don't follow the regulations set for things like this.

Good site good winnings use to be fast redemption getting slower and slower with stall tactics for reasons as to why.

Well, I’ve always had good experience with acorn except for this last time. I’m still waiting to get my red redemption and it’s been four days and usually they’re pretty good about it. 23 hours and now it’s been four days. I’m and they’re saying they’re experiencing enough they need an update or whatever I don’t know what it is, but is anybody else experience this with Acorn Fun?

Ok I’ve said over and over again this is the best platform to play on. They always cash you out no excuses are ever brought. They’re nice. They’re legit come play. You’ll love it.

I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EXPLAIN THE ISSUE AND THEY WERE JUST GOING BACK AND FORTH THAT I INCREASE THE AMOUNT I TOLD THEM NO I DID NOT INCREASE ANYTHING LOOKS WERE DECEIVING AND I ACCIDENTALLY HIT THE BUTTON ASSUMING IT WAS 10 CENTS BUT IT WAS ACTUALLY A $10 BET AND FOR $10 THEY LITERALLY AVOIDED ME AND TOLD ME THEY CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND IF I WOULD HAVE DONE THAT AT A REGULAR CASINO THEY IMMEDIATELY WOULD HAVE GIVEN MY MONEY BACK AT LEAST TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY'RE REALLY FULL OF 💩! AVOID AT ALL COSTS THESE PEOPLE ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!!!

I've been playing this platform and winning since at least March of 2025. I have received all of winnings with no problems. I always received them within the 3 days period. But I can say it seems that since I redeemed multiple times its gotten faster. I would 100% trust this platform.

I have been attempting to contact customer support for about 2 months. Multiple emails sent with no response. They charge a ridiculous fee when redeeming your winnings. Do not recommend AT ALL!

**Update: When you post a negative review, they will freeze your account and display a message that says “account frozen due to ongoing dispute, contact customer support” yet they don’t respond to emails!

Im only giving 2 stars right now until i receive my redemptions. Says theyre processing but its day 2 and still haven't gotten either. If I get them ill change to 5 stars. Gameplay is pretty good there. No complaints there

I'm beyond pissed. I have played for months with no problems redeeming. Then I win $222 over a month ago and get the run around. I have sent proof 3 times and nothing. They are reviewing it. I sent evidence of it all. No customer service help except "be patient ".
Listen when I want to play the company wants their money, when I win I want mine. I have so much clear evidence that I don't understand. I’m not saying I won’t play with this company again but they have to fix this now. I have Multiple Sclerosis and stress sends it out of control. It has been going on over a month.

This casino is a scam. I won $542. Instead of cashing out that evening I decided to cash out the following day due to the fact I wanted to play some more. BIG MISTAKE! By the time I logged back in that morning, all my winnings were gone! I spent months getting the run around from them and they never paid me.
