They did good, solved the problem and were very helpful.

Up until last year we were very satisfied. Last year they did not spray around the house
they just checked the inside.

I think it went well ,fast eyeball for termites trails ,I don't know qualification of person doing checking, Sometimes you have to put faith in company,

Three times Action came - three times it failed - to eliminate bedbugs from my home. Each time its dog barked at the presence of the bedbugs. When I called to complain of the immense preparation and the failure of the company to achieve ANYTHING, I was told that I could sue them - but they would not come again - nor offer a refund.

He did a very thorough job during the inspection and asked the right questions. Fortunately he didn't find any problems...

We have been a customer since we bought our home almost 4 years ago. The quarterly home service is definitely worth it. The annual termite and stink bug programs are also a great value.

As a super I need to try to have all the answers for residents but with a contractor like Action servicing my building my job is much easies as they have edgeucated me on bed bugs and residents they have visited were very happy with the out come.

I sm happy ny the way yjdy get around my home. Since it was built in 1852 and had had some termite damage before I owned the home they are careful anout all nooks and crannies symptomatic of old construction.

The worker was friendly and did a complete search of the house both inside and out.

The man was very pleasant, but when he was done so quickly, I wondered if he had done an adequate job. Have not seen any insects so I hope it was adequate.
I guess I should follow the gentleman around my house to be sure that I am getting the place sprayed? Do they record the amt of liquid spray that they use?
