Activation Keep to the rescue
I had an issue where my Microsoft Office account was deactivated. I contacted Activation Keep and reported the issue and they sorted things out and got me back on track in literally a matter of hours.

The activation process worked perfectly, you do not need to call anymore it will give you a web site to log into at Microsoft to access so makes the process easier.

Excellent customer service
Had a problem with activation of the software, emailed customer service and got a quick response detailing what I should do. Ended up needing a new serial number anhyway that they supplied with no issues.

Account expired
In February 2026 I purchased a Microsoft office account from activation keep. All worked fine at first. Then on Thursday this week I went to my laptop to look up some earlier emails only to find that the account had expired.
I immediately emailed activation keep ltd and so far have heard nothing, so presumably that's it?

Great support - they fixed my activation issue quickly
I'd been using Activation Keep for a while and was really happy with it. For some reason, the activation failed after a few months.
