I had a great experience with Active Mortgages from start to finish. The whole process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with clear communication throughout, which made what can often be a stressful time feel straightforward and manageable.

A special mention has to go to Jamie and Zoe, who were both exceptional at their jobs. They were incredibly knowledgeable, always available to answer questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them, and they made sure I was kept updated every step of the way.

What really stood out was how easy they were to work with – friendly, approachable, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. I always felt confident that I was in safe hands.

Fantastic service! Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Went through Active Mortgages back in 2020 to secure a mortgage as a business owner as the banks wouldn't even look at me with their draconian methods. Active Mortgages were able to guide me through the full process of what they as my broker could do for me. They found a cracking deal for me, I paid their fee and the mortgage was sorted quickly. In 2026 as I write this, I spoke with the same rep there, he's still just as friendly and helpful as he was, this time I secured a new mortgage within a day. They are a truly exceptional service for those that aren't able to access a mortgage via conventional methods. 5/5

Where do I start? Everyone at Active Mortgages are absolutely fantastic andmade the whole house buying process so much smoother. Friendly and helpful over the phone with the whole process, Jamie was brilliant in taking away all the stress and work that’s needed in the application process and all the initial paperwork. Everyone’s knowledge is perfect for any information you need throughout the process. They constantly updated us regularly in the mortgage application always making sure they were able to get the best possible interest rate and loan amount for us even at the very end before completion when rates dropped. My partner and I are so so grateful to everyone at active mortgages for helping us get our first mortgage and as a result buy our first home. Thank you all so much for you work and efforts, will definitely recommend and use again once our mortgage is up for renewal.
