I can't recommend Kate Turns and the team at Accumen highly enough. Although the circumstances that brought me to them were far from ideal, a leak in my hallway, Kate made what could have been a very stressful experience feel completely manageable.
From the very beginning, Kate's customer service was exceptional. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, checked in regularly while I was waiting for the work to begin, and was always on hand to answer any questions quickly and efficiently. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and even practical matters such as arranging payment for my temporary accommodation were handled promptly and without endless paperwork.
Kate's professionalism, empathy and excellent communication gave me complete confidence from start to finish, and she genuinely cared about making the whole experience as stress-free as possible.
I'd also like to give special thanks to Spencer and the team at SH Caravans. Spencer kept me updated throughout the refurbishment, and the workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. The finished result exceeded all my expectations.
