Complete and utter rubbish, it is not rechargeable and cost a fortune in good quality batteries if you use the highest settings. In this day and age it should be rechargeable. Customer service follow up email to see if everything is ok states they will do everything in there power to put it right if you are not completely satisfied, Ha Ha Ha Ha. A generated email back to say it will give 60 x 15 minutes of use on one lot of batteries???? what did they use to test this, a Lorry Battery?? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GIMMIC!

It's a well made, neat product and was delivered super fast. I can't yet recommend it's impact on my pain issues as I have deteriorating discs in my neck which press on my nerves and spinal chord, add that to arthritis and fibromyalgia and I am very sensitive to pain. So far I've struggled to find a setting which has gives me relief without being unbearable to use.

There are so many different settings/intensities that it feels more like a User issue rather than a product one. I'll persevere until I find the right setting for me. I'm sure there will be one, it's just a matter of experience.

Would highly recommend. I have found it does ease arthritic and muscular pain if used daily and on the higher settings. Reasonably priced.

I find it an excellent device for my very arthritic neck but it causes me to have a very uncomfortable rash. Would be very grateful for your advice.

Only used the product once because its very difficult to control with the controls being out of sight when the unit is on your neck and when changing the settings it can give off a powerful shock.
I have already requested a refund but have had no reply.

Good device and easy to use

Great delivery time. Arrived well packed. Was a bit worried about using it at first as Ive had a neck fusion in 2 places. No problems at all with it. It gives a lot of relIef when neck hurts

I have received item unfortunately due to my wife's diagnosis we have been advised by doctor not to use. Acupeo have refused to refund even though it is unused. They are saying due to disease transmission. Only instructions as been opened. This is against the consumers rights act and they will be reported in due course. Please don't waste your money.

The collar doesn't fit right so in order to gain contact you have to hold it in place. The TENS signal is weak and feeble. Although I was assured it was a "massage machine" It is not it is simply a TENS machine and there are far superior items on the market at half the price. Returns not accepted and Customer Service simply blank you when you argue

Excellent service

It has helped very well with my stiff neck - it has worked really well, just using it at night before I go to bed. Just had to find the most useful setting.

A pity there isn't a minus stars for this company ! I ordered a neck massage machine and this company used Evri to deliver it , The parcel was left in a recycle box on the front door step and was consiqently stolen.
Maybe not Acupeo's fault but no sympathy or action from them to recover from the delivery company THEY employed . NO customer satisfaction at all . Do yourself a favour use a different company
