Diagram on website showed attachment components and mirror within the same number bracket which I interpreted to indicate that all were included in the order for the passenger side mirror I needed to replace. I received only the mirror, not the "ball" and screws to attach the mirror to the "base" that's within the frame.

I’m sharing this not to bash anyone

I’m sharing this not to bash anyone, but to bring awareness so others can protect themselves from making the same mistake I did.

My driver-side visor has been broken for months. When I went to the Acura dealer, they quoted me \$375 for a replacement. As a single mom juggling full-time work and school, I didn’t have that kind of money to spare. So I searched online and found the same part on AcuraPartsWarehouse for about \$100 less. I watched a few YouTube videos and felt confident I could install it myself.

Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered the *passenger-side* visor instead of the driver side. That was completely my mistake. I realized the error a couple of days after it arrived, when I was out of town and my daughter—who was home packing for our move—opened the box. I contacted the company right away to explain what happened and request a return. They asked for pictures, but the visor had already been packed away in a moving box. I told my daughter not to worry, I would send the pictures as soon as I got home and could locate it.

By the time I found it and followed up, they denied my return, claiming I didn’t make the request within 15 days of delivery—even though I did. I called and spoke with a rep who said he’d talk to management, but the next day I got an email doubling down on the denial and linking their return policy.

To be clear: I take full responsibility for ordering the wrong part. But if there are so many reasons why a part *can’t* be returned, then the product page should say that *loud and clear*—something like: **“FINAL SALE – NO RETURNS AFTER DELIVERY. PLEASE REVIEW OUR RETURN POLICY.”**

Clarity is kindness. And unfortunately, this experience didn’t feel kind or fair. It felt like they were banking on people—especially busy or inexperienced ones like me—not reading the fine print. Now I’m stuck with a visor I can’t use- is the expectation that I buy another one from the same site? No thank you.

I hope this helps someone avoid the same mistake. Read every return policy carefully. And if a company isn’t transparent up front, consider that a red flag.

I ordered the wrong part it was still…

I ordered the wrong part it was still in the box unused never installed, i was unable to return it and I was out money I needed at the time to fix my car and I had no more money so it put me thru a hard time
