Goods paid for but not sent.
Claimed my online order was cancelled despite the funds being paid. No software added to my account. Told me to resolve through PayPal.
Contacted PayPal who said the funds HAD been paid. Acustica said it was their Back Office system and couldn’t change anything. Resolution Dispute launched through PayPal and found in my favour. Acustica HAD taken my money but hadn’t provided the paid goods.
No compensation offered despite the whole issue being Acustica’s fault. They claimed I had to tick a box on my account to accept promotions before they could offer future discount as it was European law. Haven’t ever heard such drivel or received such awful service.
