Go Elsewhere...

I registered for a webinar for my entire team and never received instructions for them to login. Customer service unresponsive. When I tried to join the webinar it would not connect. Paid for a copy so we could watch later and never received that either. Go elsewhere.
**UPDATE** I did receive a recording after I posted this review.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused to you but we are sure on our side that we have already shared instruction kit with all the attendees including you 2-3 before conducting live session. May be it landed in your your spam or junk folder.
Also, as per policy, we have delivered recording to all within 24-48 hours after conducting live session and same was informed to those who purchased recording or e-transcript.

Volume issues

Only could hear the presentation through logging in through phone dial-up and phone connection would blank out where I would have to hang up and call back with access info about every 5 to 10 minutes through the presentation. I missed a lot of information.

We understand how frustrating it can be when the phone dial-in connection repeatedly disconnects and causes you to miss important parts of the presentation. Our webinars generally work much better when attended through a desktop or laptop system using the webinar access link, as the presentation slides and audio are more stable through the online platform compared to phone dial-in access.

To help make up for the inconvenience, we would be happy to provide you with the webinar recording free of cost so you can review everything you may have missed.
