We did an extensive analysis of book publishers and chose Acutrack because they met all of our team's requirements. We just completed the third printing of our first project with them, and we are very pleased. We have our own Acutrack project manager who is very responsive to all our questions. The Acutrack tech support team is top notch too. It's been a great experience and we are preparing two new projects with them.

My experience with Acutrak has exceeded my expectation. The Customer Manager is proactive in reaching out to see if I need any further training with the portal or have questions. The staff as a whole is courtesy and quick to respond, assist and resolve my issues. Customer service is top notch!

The Accutrack website also has several bugs that make navigation difficult sometimes.
