Phoned for a solicitor to help with my conveyancing. Sought out a supposedly 24/7 anytime contact solicitors. Open on a Sunday would be good for me. Took my details and asked me for a contact time. I said 'in the next two hours would be great'. She then assured me someone would contact me in that time frame. Nothing. I did receive an automated email, but no phone call as assured. 24/7 not.

I am writing to provide feedback on my interview for the Digital Marketing Executive role, which was scheduled for 11:00am - 11:30am on October 14th.

Despite confirmation from the recruiter, there was apparent internal confusion, and the interview began 45 minutes late. I was then seen by the CEO, who did not acknowledge the delay.

The interview itself was concerning. I was interrupted shortly after beginning my introduction and was informed that I did not meet the requirements due to a lack of Google Ads experience. This was surprising, as the job description listed Google Ads as one of many tools, not a strict or fundamental requirement. My skillset is comprehensive and aligns with the core requirements outlined for the role.

The CEO concluded the interview abruptly at that point. The overall experience demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect for my time. Based on this, I have serious concerns about the company's culture and would caution others against pursuing opportunities there.

They charged me £48 pounds for witnessing a declaration, where the legislation mandates that it can only be £5 pounds as part of "The Commissioners for Oaths (Fees) Order 1993". Shelter.co.uk and notary.co.uk also quote this fact and I showed them both to them, but they refused to acknowledge it and charge me correctly.
If they don't know this small thing, I wouldn't trust them on bigger and more important matters that would require deeper knowledge of the UK legislation.

I waited for a withdrawal of my application for over a month, I called and asked when you would start working and received a complete lack of understanding of the matter.
Sent one letter for which I paid £400
They are money grabs,liars and unprofessionals.

I do not recommend them to anyone they are money grabbers they took on a immigrantion they knew they couldn’t deliver but lied that they could deliver so they get money out of you do not trust them one bit their staff are very unprofessional the solicitor even tried to accuse me of lying worse company by far

Good work about ur work

I recently visited the Marylebone office to get a deed poll done and was so impressed with the service. The receptionist, Sara, was absolutely lovely and went out of her way to make sure we found the office easily, even helping with directions as we were coming by bus. When we arrived, the solicitor wasn’t able to proceed at first due to ID issues, but Sara kindly helped us use our bank statement instead and even printed it out for us. She was so kind, patient and professional throughout the whole process. With service like hers, I’ll definitely be returning in the future. I even bought her some chocolate to say thank you because she truly went above and beyond!
