Recently bought a king size cotton valance. Very good quality, irons lovely and fits perfectly. Price very reasonable too. Will definitely shop here again.

Easy to order, colour match was perfect, extremely soft velvet and delivered in the time frame promised.
Only niggles are cushion covers are made in China not the UK, but they were exactly what I was looking for.

I have bought superb velvet cushion…
I have bought superb velvet cushion covers and am very pleased with them. However, two duvet covers were sent to me in error. I returned them on 25 November, and so far have not received a refund.

My order somehow didn’t go through , when I phoned to check on what was happening they immediately tracked it down and dispatched it. I received it a few days later .

Don't use this company, very poor customer service
Very poor service. Ordered a double bolster pillow and cover for Christmas gift on 26th November. No delivery information provided. The cover arrived 5th December but no pillow. Waited another week then emailed, and was told it should've arrived with the cover. I asked for it to be sent ASAP. Instead I was refunded the money for the cushion only and told to reorder the cushion. This would mean waiting at least another 9 days for delivery and paying the delivery charge for a second time.
Took my order then wouldn’t ship to me.
Took my order, took my money, then days later said they wouldn’t ship to me. I got my money back, but that doesn’t help me with my purchase.
