Had a lovely Northface coat delivered for my son that was a great price. Unfortunately it was a little small so I had to return it but I received my refund from Adapt Outdoors straight away. The delivery was super quick too. Would definitely shop there again!

Bought a rab jacket from adapt outdoors online. Very happy with my purchase. Good price, great communication, fast delivery. Many thanks, would definitely use this company again.

Shopped in store with my son. They had a great selection of clothing at a great price. Staff really friendly and helpful. Had to return an item by post as we don't live locally. The customer service was excellent. Big shout out to Colin who was super helpful thank you.

Great products, great prices , superb customer service 👌 will use again in a heartbeat

Was about to give a 5 star review but after my last visit I have reduced it. On my way out after a friendly chat with the staff I mentioned the guy at the door that I did not rate Paramo gear very highly. From that point, within a few minutes, I was being berated for being "English" and crowding Wales. I told the guy I was Scottish which knocked the wind out of his sails. I was not well at the time and this encounter with a Welsh Nationalist was not appreciated.

lads in the shops are amazing lads always smiling always very helpfull and the deals they have on cant be beaten im over the moon with my mountain equipment jacket i purchased and the free hat and wax wash for the jacket

I bought a pair of boots for my son. They had the best price in the country (at that time) and they were delivered for free within 2 days. I would definitely buy from them again.
