They have great customer service. In the rare instance where something doesn't work, the customer service team is excpetional.

Their product is great, I've build my entire business around it.

Like other reviewers said, it was a leap of faith but I don't leap easily. So I "stalked" the head badger for a few weeks online. Trying to find out what kind of company I would be working with. What you will find out is that he is, in relevant sense, an open book. He is more like a IT guy in the '70s that I used to work with. We shared everything we knew back then, and most things we did were open source. And Michael does not hesitate to share a lot of what he knows, and who he knows. Neither does he tell you that he just double/treble someone's turnover, or being one of the biggest advertisers on Amazon.
And because of that, I learnt a lot about this company and how they do things. Areas I had questions on were answered personally instead of directing me to a FAQ link, and that was before I became a customer.
So, they share a lot of techniques and tactics with you, then why you shouldn't to ahead and do it yourself without paying someone?
You can, but it will be like I am telling you everything about how to play a piano. Now go play.
Do you have the time? Do you have the instinctive ability to pick up market signals?
In summary, this company treats you fairly and honestly and as a human being (as opposed to a sugar daddy). They have people who are diligent, smart, polite, responsive. Go for it!

Awesome team that they have deep knowledge in Amazon system and PPC in general. They only focus on doing one thing and doing that thing well.

Adbadge also have a very different approach to the problem than other products I have tried before, which is quite refreshing to learn about. The UI interface is also easy to use and navigate around.

I am a software developer myself in the industry for 18 years, I can tell the Adbadge have gone a long way to build this product, The amount of flexibility you can have over searching and ppc management is crazy, in the same time, it is not too difficult to use the tools. This made it possible to tackle the problem from many different angles. Another way to say this is they don't just build a feature for the purpose of building that feature.

I'm a super small Amazon seller and couldn't do it without AdBadger. They free me up to not have to worry so much about PPC. Highly recommended software.

Ad Badger is by far the best software you can get for the price. I have used software that is 10x more expensive and Ad Badger performs better.

They were a breath of fresh-air as we made a leap of faith from one of their enterprise PPC SaaS competitors. The team cares and has great SLA escalations as warranted. They even beefed up the servers for us during the first month b/c we have such high SKU catalogs thus 10s of 1000s of campaigns.

I have used many software packages that claim to automate your Amazon PPC, but I can honestly say Adbadger is by far the best. Very easy to use but clearly the underlying algorithm does its job.

Ad Badger's bidding algorithm does an excellent job of managing PPC bids for small brands.

With sales under $10 million and thousands of search terms, other bidding software quickly loses control because it chases the most recent keyword sale with aggressive bid changes.

We use Ad Badger because its algorithm provides the best balance of responsiveness to daily market changes with long-run conversion rate data.

We also highly value Ad Badger's flexibility. With other software and agencies, we were forced to start our campaigns over from scratch. Ad Badger allowed us to apply its bidding algorithm to our existing campaigns. This enables us to continue using our existing dashboards and analytics to monitor the business making Ad Badger very easy to integrate.

I recently started using Ad Badger to help gain better control of my companies amazon advertising campaigns. After several frustrating months of using Amazon campaign manager, I decided I'd give Ad Badger a try. The transition over was so easy I was up and running within a few hours- It's super intuitive. The dashboard provided easy access to the data you need to make decisions. No more exporting and CCV file for analysis and then back into campaign manager to adjust campaigns. With Ad Badger it's all in one place. The "Bids by Badger"automations are super useful, and the ability to set comprehensive filters and save them is not only helpful but a real time saver. So far, I'm a huge fan of the software- and I know I am only utilizing a fraction of it's features. There and great learning resources including articles, faq, chat help and also a podcast. I want to also mention that the onboarding process is first rate -from my initial walkthrough demo with Michael B. to my on-boarding call with Jon F. It's clear that the Ad Badger team is first rate and there to answer any question that arises.

The Ad Badger software helps me to save a lot of time every week when doing my PPC optimization. The filtering system allows to perform bulk actions that would be tedious to perform via the Advertising Console or with spreadsheets.

The Ad Badger PPC software is simply excellent. It does an outstanding job effortlessly. There are options to automatize your campaign management, but you can also deep dive into data, make your own decisions, and implement them accordingly. The platform is well-designed and often updated. The technical support is also brilliant, with a highly-skilled, experienced team to help you. The PPC podcasts are probably the best out there. The folks at Ad Badger are great to work with. My company started with them two years ago. Since then, their AI driven PPC software has dropped my ACOS by two-thirds.

Along with a very good automated PPC routine, Ad Badger gives useful personal hands on support and coaching. This includes a monthly call with one of their Amazon Ads experts, who looks directly at your ad campaigns and Ad Badger Dashboard tools to suggest changes and fine tune for optimization. They also have a very responsive email group with whom you can ask questions, without any limit from what I see, very specific to your account.

Since I started with Ad Badger, a constant theme is that they are continually upgrading their system, adding new tools and fine-tuning the existing ones. This is the sign of a dynamic group meeting the challenges of constant change.

For a while now, the owner of Ad Badger has been doing a weekly podcast devoted to Amazon PPC and marketing. It often provides excellent and useful information and insight. I've learned a lot from it. They also have a ton of online self-educational material that will up anyone's game if you take the time to go through it.
