The installation was carried out quickly and efficiently and the workers cleared up before they left. It was useful to be able to speak to office staff who have all been most helpful.

I found this company to be very helpful and efficient. Always easy to contact staff if I had any queries. I often struggle on the phone due to my hearing disability, but I never had any problems while talking to their staff who spoke clearly .

Thanks so much to the team at A&D carbon solutions and the contractors that came and installed the IWI at my home. The guys came from up north 5 hours drive away and still did a good 8 hours on the first day.
Their work was impeccable and they were clean and tidy and very very polite. Such a hard-working and competent bunch of guys.
They were super efficient at what they did and took great pride in their work and making sure that nothing was left undone or overlooked.
My property is 200 years old and I had some big concerns regarding the period features in my home. Both the design and installation team were very good, they listened to my concerns and Found solutions to get round the concerns that I had. I literally can't fault them. Even though we had bad weather, they still soldiered on and did a good job for me. They stayed one extra day rather than rush the job on the last day.
They were so polite that they turned down my bacon and egg sandwich. Of course I wasn't having that and they all got a bacon and egg sandwich down them before starting work 😉.
10-10, highly recommended.

Very good to start but to get warranty work done is a very big nightmare 22 days with a roof leak 2 missed appointments with no call to say wasn’t attending and also when my hub went down due to been installed in wrong place it cost me a small fortune buying out my broadband contract and setting new one up and still not working after loads of two an throwing he got some one to come and relocate hub but EVERYONE THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY DONT
YOU HAVE ALL BEEN TOLD
This company sub contracts all work and can’t back up warranty work don’t be fooled

The customer service started great, the tradesman used were clean although the scaffolders were really rude however the point that really did it for me was less than 6 months after the pre-solar efficiency measures were installed, the vents that were installed into the windows didn’t do anything for the condensation in the rooms and we’ve had mould build up and the extractor fan in our wet room stopped working due to water damage. They refused to come out and repair it because the item was purchased direct from the manufacturer and therefore came with no warranty and they claimed to have checked in with me a month earlier to see how everything was working when in fact the email just asked what we’d had installed.

This will be taken further.

I had a fabulous experience with A&D carbon...! I spoke mainly with Karla, but all the staff were wonderful. The installation was carried out on time, very quickly and very tidily. Communications were excellent throughout. I would use them again without hesitation.

I would highly recommend A&D solutions. The service we received was excellent. I initially spoke to Louise who was very efficient, friendly and helpful. We had our new boiler installed within days and the gas engineers did a great job. I had problems setting up the timer program so rang them up and spoke to Dean the owner who talked me through it step by step. It is wonderful being able to speak to a person and not an automated machine at the end of a phone!

Were cancelled, however I was kept informed regarding this, covid being the problem. The two engineers who came were first class workers and worked constantly till work was completed very well done. The office staff I had contact with were very informative of the delays .Louise was very helpful to me well done I would recommend this company to family and friends. Complete satisfaction.

The new boiler is working brilliantly made a massive difference to the quality of our heating. The new radiator you installed in the downstairs bedroom is brilliant my step son is extremely happy.

A&d came to my property to replace my boiler.They arrived on time, Worked hard and were very polite, efficient and left me with an up and running boiler system. They were a cheerful team Who obviously knew their work. I formed a huge respect for their engineering abilities. Many thanks indeed.
