Joi is great.
Not only am i able to go through gallons of milk without throwing away one container but the milk i make is truly superior.
I make vegan espresso drinks in a building with 2 vegan restaurants. They throw away cartons all day. I go through way more milk and don't throw away any!

They have been very communicative and helpful every time I’ve ordered, and I have enjoyed getting to know their whole product line. I love how true they are to organics and health and the transparency is also very aligned with my interests as a shopper :) go Joi go!

Wholesale status was approved quickly, first shipment was sent and received quickly. The box did arrive super crunched, to the point I was worried some of the product had fallen out in transit, but inspection proved that everything was still there.

Purchased 2 jars of the Concentrate & they sent me the wrong product. Contacted them & sent photos but they've completely ghosted me. While I love the product, their horrible customer service has turned me off. I"m sure I can find the product somewhere else. Don't buy from them - they couldn't care less about customer service

They found my mobile number from some dark list and it is impossible to stop receiving text after text after text.
Supply my email - no way

JOI refused to remove two of my credit cards that are stored on their database for their own convenience. I wrote to customer service to tell them to remove them, but after 2 days of waiting, the cards are still there. I updated my payment methods via SHOP with another card. The link they sent me to update the cards took me to the SHOP app. The customer service agent neglected my emails. If their website is ever breached, JOI’s customers will possibly pay the price. Customers should have the right to remove/delete their own forms of payment. I canceled my subscription, but my credit cards are still stored in their database. Too bad. They have a good product, but lousy and archaic (greed?) business practices.
