Communication could have been better. I received an update that a mailing label was created and then nothing. When I contacted Alderez, I received immediate feedback.

Arrived in a timely manner and shirt was exactly as shown online. Size was perfect.

The shirt was beautiful and fit perfectly. I just wish delivery would have been a little faster.

Similar experience as other reviewers who left a low rating. I should have done my usual due diligence in looking up online companies before I purchased. Now I regret it. Products received were not as represented as what was pictured or reviewed on their website. Even after leaving negative reviews, those were not added to the product pages. So, filtered and fake! Advertise an easy return policy, but given the run-around. Latest email response said they would refund me $45 (of my $110) purchase and I keep the items. The clothing were cheap screenprinted on one size not even worth the price if they deducted $45. Now trying to get my money back another way. Ridiculous. Do not but from them!

Item was not what was expected. It looked like I was buying a Christmas sweater and it is a T-Sirt. The value was not expected and very expensive. Not HAPPY>

Shipping was long. I thought it was going to turn into a scam but eventually got my stuff. Wasn’t the quality I that but it’s okay.

I ordered 2 tops and after 2 weeks contacted Aderez as I needed them for an event. They assured me they would be sent the next week and asked me to be patient. The following week I did not receive the tops and again contacted the company and got the same email response. I told them I needed them in my hands by 11/30 or I would like to cancel the order and receive a full refund. They again responded and told me to be patient. On 11/30 I received an email that said they had been shipped. However, upon checking the tracking number, the USPS advised that no package had been received to be delivered. I sent another email and asked for a full refund and have heard nothing. I feel like I have been scammed and lost $79.00. The only contact is an email address for the company and the responses are always the same. I would never order from this company and felt the need to warn others.

BUYER BEWARE! This company is a criminal scam. The items they shipped were absolutely NOTHING like what they had online...cheap, flimsy nylon-looking crap. When I emailed them to return, they came back with "You keep them to use, and we will refund you $30." Next offer was $46, then $60, each time encouraging me to "keep the items for my own use." They finally gave me an address, and I mailed the package to them at my expense. After tracking said it had been delivered, I went through PayPal and requested the refund. There is a note there that says something to the effect of the supervisor can approve a full refund. They refunded all but $14.99. I paid $79.98. I again went through PayPal and insisted on the full refund, and they finally sent the rest. The scam is that they send you crap and then try to get you to keep it, while they hang on to most of your money. Wonder how many people settle for their "best we can do" offers?

This is the 2nd time I ordered fro Aderez, really like the clothes, did not like the material of one top, went online to request a return auth, will only give me 7.00 for a 39.99 priced shirt and could keep the shirt, back and forth, got to 20.00 and keep the shirt. Still asked about returning, said it would be sent to Dubai and I would have to pay for the shipping-I gave up. Honestly will not buy from them again. Advertised made in SC, no way if you return to India!

SCAM SCAM!!!! Every item was horrible...fit, quality for the outrageous prices. I spent (embarrassingly) $299 and they offered me $45 to keep, I said no they offered me $95 Then $120...I said I want to send this crap back and copied their return policy on the email. They said the most they could give me was $130 This is the email

"The best we can offer is US$130,are you willing to accept it? Our return address in Dubai. The shipping costs are too high to be worth the reward. If you insist on returning, you must pay the freight by yourself." What a bunch of BS.. Do not buy from this scammer..No packing receipt in the bag making it very hard to reach out to them.

There products are well worth it.

Takes a bit to get your order but nice stuff.

Loved one item. Other item did not fit and looked different from picture but quality was goo
