Anyone leaving a positive review for this company must have impossibly low standards. I've reported Mentavi Health/ADHD Online to the BBB and am thinking of reporting them to my attorney general and whoever else can hold this pill mill accountable for their predatory practices. My doctor never sent the prior authorization to my pharmacy so I had to pay out of pocket for my meds. They will cancel your appointments with no notice until the day of (even though YOU have to pay $50 to reschedule after 48 hours), make you reschedule weeks out and hope you forget about the next appointment so they can keep collecting $50 missed appointment fees from you. This last time I showed up to the appointment on time and either the doctor was late or the zoom link conveniently wasn't working. I was stuck in the waiting room for 15 minutes. They tried to say EYE was the one who logged into the zoom meeting late. I tried to reschedule and they wanted me to pay ANOTHER $50. They've collected almost $300 from me for an appointment originally made MONTHS ago, meaning I've been out of my meds for months. They hire criminals who probably can't find work at any other practice (Dr. Ha Hatley, a child abuser), so that should tell you everything you need to know about this grift. None of their doctors or nurse practitioners are even specialized in psychology. Again, this is a pill mill grift born from the broken American medical system. Use them for a diagnosis if you must, but don't expect much of anything else. I honestly wouldn't even use them to get a diagnosis. Actual psychologists likely won't accept their personality quiz results. (And you'll be running to find an in-person doctor after dealing with them).

I have been a patient for years. Dr mentioned that as if it was a bad thing 🤔I would of given this place a 5 ⭐️🙌 I have never had a bad experience. Customer service is Amazing all the Doctors are amazing until my appointment yesterday with my New Docter. He made me feel like the biggest piece of 💩 on planet he had a lot to say and honestly. I have never experienced what he had said to me from any other doctor in my life. I know the last visit with my primary i had covid really bad i was out of work a little over 2 weeks and my blood pressure was high due to covid & feeling terrible.i am not on blood pressure medication i tried explaining it to him and he said i want a drug test. I said not a problem i see my primary Dr soon and i will request a drug test. And the rant began.I had to tune him out. He had his mind made up that i was a junkie. I had set this appointment up before work.(BIG MISTAKE)
talking about ruining the rest of my day. i have referred so many friends/ co worker's here and I can see this company will be losing a lot of patients with this new Docter. oh & if I had to hear how I wasn't 20 or 30 years old as many times as I did yesterday. it was ridiculous. I know how old i am and i know i am very healthy for my age i see my primary Doctor on a regular I get yearly physical done. I did not need the lectures from him.I know all side affects from medication. If I felt like it was doing more damage to myself then helping I would stop them myself. Clearly you know I am not a child. How many times you had reminded me yesterday⁉️about my age❗️the medication has been helpful for me i know if I didn't have it My life would go to hell in a hand basket. He just met me and reduced dosage and said something about getting that place in order. The best was when he said he wants to see me in a month I told him I can't afford it & he could give 2 💩💩 I don't like change i loved this place he said he was cleaning this place up and making changes and started with me 😔 I don't want to leave i can't afford another payment this soon.and I never had a bad experience with company before this Dr Michael

What started as primarily a good experience has gone downhill rapidly.
If you have issues with your prescription, they really don’t care. They don’t care if patients receive timely refills and are terrible to deal with. They evidently have no way to contact your provider and you’re expected to wait 2-5 business days for the most basic of requests to be addressed.
Recently they’ve started sending prescriptions the evening of the day they’re supposed to be refilled. These are often medications that have shortages and are quickly picked up by other patients. Don’t bother transferring the prescription to a different pharmacy, that’ll take 2 full business days and the pharmacy will obviously be out of their limited stock by the time these guys get their act together.
I have now been waiting more than 72 hours for a teeny tiny change to be made to my prescription so the pharmacy can fill it with what they have in stock. I think the support people just ignore the content of the support tickets. You’ll be told to wait 2 business days and when that has elapsed they’ll tell you it’s actually 2-5 business days.
If you depend on your ADHD meds to function in your daily life and perform your job well, don’t go this route. You will undoubtedly deal with extremely long delays over the most basic of things and will go weeks without medication. When this undoubtedly occurs you won’t be met with compassion or kindness when you’re frustrated over their ridiculous delays, they’ll treat you like an obnoxious child throwing a temper tantrum when you’re making reasonable requests that they can’t or won’t meet.

I’m actually shocked at all the negative reviews because I’ve been a patient for over a year now and have had zero issues. I always get the Dr I like and want, never have problems with scheduling or communication. They’re great!
Worst Telehealth Company Online
ADHDonline does not care about you.
They close at 5pm eastern and even if you leave a voicemail explaining that they messed up your prescription you wont get a call back. You have to call back and re-explain only to get the same reply repeated that its not their fault.

They do a 90 minute assessment online after charging almost $200 and there is no way to contact the physician or licensed professional to ask questions or respond. They say to go see your doctor instead! It’s a complete waste of money and time. They don’t refund either.

Dr.Nicole has always been accessible shockingly quick to respond when I needed it. Especially dealing with the pharmacy transfers and national shortages.
She's very personable and just truly understands my situation without much explanation.
So her help made the co-pay tolerable and us the only reason I chose to use Adhdonline.
Due to recent changes . I may go into a different direction .

I had an appointment with Gidget Black..... This woman was phenomenal!!! I was worried based on the reviews but she actually sat there and listened to me and she was nice and actually paid attention! I would recommend this to anyone based on my interaction..... I do not think that our first attempt at fixing things is exactly right! I do believe though that she is starting out where she thinks is best for me and my brain chemistry and is actively trying to improve my life!!! This woman is gold!!! I am not sure if this is a one off or not but at least for me..... I couldn't be more pleased
Waste of time and money
I spent more than 2 hours typing paragraphs and paragraphs into the assessment, and I'm not sure they bothered to read any of it. Their conclusions were generic and seemed to only be based on the individual button click questions, not the freeform responses.

Bait and switch cancelled 3 minutes before appointment
Paid for the assessment. Was diagnosed with ADHD. Made an appointment to speak with a physician via ZOOM--paid for it up front---they cancelled the appointment as I was waiting for the doctor to join THREE minutes before the appointment because they didn't feel like I needed to speak with them but to go to a psychiatrist and tried to redirect me to those services. I consider this a bait and switch scam. Said they were refunding my money. Thanks for nothing. Wasted my time and the $189 for the assessment. Useless.

NOT professionals, NOT offering healthcare
Y'all, believe the bad reviews. I didn't & deeply regret it. I was a customer (I say that and not "patient" bc that's how they treated me & made me feel) for MORE THAN 4 YEARS. I took my assessment, paid extra for talk therapy, & started medication in late 2020—before they DOUBLED their prices. I was a loyal "customer", only stopping talk therapy after I found an in-person provider, never missing a follow-up, never causing a problem. I had MANY issues over those 4 years...i went through 5 different "providers", the turnover rate is ridiculous—red flag #1!—couldn't ever reach someone when I called for a year, when they seemingly solved that problem, you have to wait days for a response, & the people were rude half the time...just utterly ridiculous, to be honest. However, the medication helped me enough to put up with it. After all, I didn't finally go back to it after several years for no reason. I had finally gotten my life under control, thanks to a combination of talk therapy AND meds, & I was grateful for it.
Well, fast-forward to last month. I had paid in full the $99/month, then OUT OF NOWHERE $169/month for YEARS, without issue...then my mom passed & we went into debt to take care of her. I asked ONCE—for the first & ONLY time—if I could have a ONE month appointment (not the 3 as is the norm) *just once* so I didn't CONTINUE to go without meds...I was already out at that point but was trying to figure the money situation out. I'm a proud person & it took a lot to even ask. Of course they were cold & it took several days for a response of "too bad/so sad loyal customer, we don't care" no surprise there! I had to take a loan out anyway to pay a bill (as I said, it was rough for a few months there), so i got almost $200 extra to go ahead & make my appointment, which they were more than happy to make at that point, obviously!
Well, after speaking with the receptionist & explaining my situation, she said she would reach out to the "provider" & ask about a bridge RX to last until then—almost 2 weeks away. I thought that sounded like a great idea since I was out of my meds already. Not to mention, my year-long (latest) provider (who was amazing, btw!) had just left, so I had to choose a new one. Of the 2 choices, I choose an MD I had already seen before...who had already written my script (Keep in mind). This was a Monday. I hadn't heard anything by Wednesday & called—got "hey, she has the request, someone will reach out soon" ok...crickets...called back Friday (4 days later) & someone FINALLY decided to be HONEST with me.
That same day I had called originally—Monday FOUR DAYS earlier—the MD had looked at the request, denied it & in fact, just by a quick glance at my RX on file—including 2 old ones I NO LONGER TAKE & the old dosage for another—decided she didn't like that I was on a "high dose" of my meds (after 4 years THIS TIME on them &< a decade on them when I was a teenager...& 2/day is absolutely NOT a high dose for an adult!) & because she noticed i was taking 2 RXs with a "potential for abuse" she wasn't going to treat me. Mind you, I was actually on a higher dose of one of those meds the last time I saw this SAME provider & she WROTE ME (the USUAL 2/day—the same dose) & I was still on the other medication, that I've since stopped.
So, to recap...I was made to wait a week for an answer they had the day I called, an answer that directly contradicts provider's own history with me & FOUR YEARS of history with this company, was insulted by the implication that I'm drug seeking—after I AGONIZED over the decision to get back on meds, with an ACTUAL provider who knew ME—oh, & ofc she had canceled my appointment & SAID NOTHING about the almost $200 I had just paid! I was in shock & I was upset. It made no sense, was the least professional thing I had EVER witnessed—from people who claimed they were "healthcare providers"—& was a slap in the face from a company I had faithfully dealt with for ~4 years. Not only that conclusion,but she also made sure to call the only other provider in my state so I couldn't be treated by her, either—another provider who had ALSO written me before, btw! Then after all that, they made me call & get jerked around for A WEEK when the 2/3 people I spoke to HAD TO see that note...THAT upset me more than anything. It's laziness and 100% disregard for their "patients" from the ground up.
The nice guy I last talked to that Friday (after I had been hung up on, too, btw!) authorized a refund (finally got ~2 weeks later), apologized & said himself, he couldn't believe they treated me that way & was DISGUSTED by their behavior (his words). He never called me back for a rec to another provider, though, which he offered.
They've done nothing else to help me...not even reached out. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR *CUSTOMERS.* I'm also depressed, disorganized, anxious & struggling all over again—so 100% AVOID!

Disappointing and not worth the money!!!!
My wife and I wanted to get our son assessed, so we paid nearly $200. After spending an hour filling out a long questionnaire, we ended up with a report that was just a summary of the answers we provided. The report included a psychologist’s signature and two lines saying our son was diagnosed, but that was it.
To make it worse, the psychologist wasn’t even based in Florida but from a completely different state. The school refused to accept the report, so we ended up wasting both our time and money. Really disappointing-wouldn’t recommend it.

Very unhappy with the deception
Very unhappy with the deception on the website say that services are reimbursed by most insurance companies. They do not say that the services they provide will be considered out of network and will not be reimbursed like in network services. You have to go deep into the FAQs to see this. The big bold words you see when you first sign up leads trusting people not to do all of the research they should before signing up with them. Don’t use them. Go to other online providers that will bill insurance directly!

No respect for my time
I have struggling with adhd my whole life and recently my symptoms have been elevated so I decided to go this route to find help.
The initial assessment was simple and straight forward. My assessment was promptly reviewed by a psychologist and I received my diagnosis. The next step was to schedule an appointment for treatment, I chose the earliest appointment which was a week away, great I thought. Here we are the day of the appointment, I stop my work day early which is already difficult for me to get started. I get home 1 hour before said appointment and I log in to get prepared for this appointment only to see the appointment was cancelled by the provider only 2 hour prior. They literally cancelled on me 3 hours before the appointment but I must cancel at least 24 hours in advance or I will have to pay. They wasted my day and all I got was sorry we can reschedule for you which is likely in another week. So frustrated and upset with this company and not sure if I will proceed with treatment with this company. They could have texted or called with the cancellation and I would have been able to continue working for the day but instead they send an email which I don’t monitor constantly.

Provider was straight mean
The provider was very unkind and made disparaging remarks about me and my family. She prescribed medication so my experience is different from those who weren’t able to get a prescription. But she was so callous with me that I won’t use them again.

DO NOT waste your money
DO NOT waste your money. They will give you an unspecified diagnosis and try to make you pay more money to see someone else. Also, ultimately learned that they don’t even have clinicians who practice in certain states so if they don’t practice in your states, they will not be able to help you with medication or anything else. When I tried to get a refund, of course did not get one. Just like all the other reviews said, they are a scam!! They will continue to take your money and you will never receive treatment. For someone suffering with a mental health disorder, that is close to criminal.

Only * after * the assessment did i learn that they DO NOT offer services in my state. Ultimately I've had to file a charge back. Avoid!! ** it's interesting that you replied here. I've already been in touch with this company and as a last resort- posted a review here and initiated a charge back. You were unwilling to help then,the responses were canned, corporate replies. I wish I'd read reviews here first as it is CLEARLY AN ISSUE. I've already kindly asked for a refund since services couldn't truly be provided. Do what's right. It's not that difficult.

It’s a scam for 180 to take a supposed test, then you get a review of it that looks like it was written by AI all to just tell you to go see a doctor. Save your money and just go to a real doctor because you won’t get anything out of this other than them telling you that. My mistake cost me $180 don’t make the same one as me.
