His attention to detail & the sensitive approach to our child during the assessment, shows how much passion, effort & dedication both him & his team have put into creating an outstanding service that we urgently needed, with such long waiting times up to 2 years in the NHS. I’m incredibly grateful to Hatem and the ADHDX team for helping my child, before their support, I never realised that my child may have additional needs or that he needed professional help. We had a very positive experience with the ADHDX assessment service. As a family, we had been waiting a long time for support, so this assessment came at the right time for us.

We felt listened to throughout the process, which was very important. The assessment and diagnosis helped us understand our daughter’s needs more clearly and gave us useful guidance on how to support her.

Dr El-Emam explained everything clearly, was very informative, and I received the diagnosis report very quickly. I am very grateful for the support and very happy with the whole process.
I strongly believe that this type of service should be available in more schools. Having assessments carried out through the school would make support easier to access, less stressful for children and parents, and could help families receive the right guidance much sooner. It could make a real difference to family life by helping parents understand their child’s needs earlier and giving children the support they need to feel understood, confident and able to thrive.

Our experience with ADHDX has been extremely positive from start to finish.

The process was well structured and easy to follow. It began with an in-person meeting, parents and Dr Hatem El-Emam, followed by a detailed questionnaire that both we, as parents, and our child's school completed.
I then had two online meetings where the assessment was explained thoroughly, and I had the opportunity to ask questions and better understand the findings.

What stood out most was how stress-free the entire process was, both for me and my child. Everything was handled professionally, with empathy and understanding, making me feel supported throughout. The collaboration with the school was seamless, and we appreciated how everyone involved worked together to build a complete picture of the child's needs.

I personally came away feeling listened to, informed, and much more confident about the next steps.
