New bed brought and old one taken away, no fuss. Shown how to use hand remote. Having had previous adjustamatic for nearly 25 years with excellent service, would not consider any other bed. I regularly use the ciculation and relaxing massage on the bed and when head is up you are still by your bedside table. Excellent. Missed if I go away.

Went smoothly from beginning to end. Great initial visit from representative. Great communication with company. Delivery on the dot. Very user friendly delivery men. A totally relaxed experience. And a great bed.

My bed was scheduled to be delivered on 24th June but I advised the company the previous Thursday that I had to go to a funeral that day. The bed was taken all the way back to Wales and I didn’t receive it until 12th August which was an unsatisfactory delay. I feel I should have received some recompense for this. The lads who delivered and assembled the bed were lovely but they have put the grab rail in the wrong place which is causing a lot of trouble for my husband. I am waiting for a visit from the agent who sold us the bed. The only good point is that the bed is very comfortable but the service from the company leaves a lot to be desired

The service I got was second to none

The reason I have only given 2 stars i thought I would have a goodnight sleep but have found the mattress to be so uncomfortable am in so much pain from sleeping on it and that I have had to pay out yet again for a decent mattress topper to go on top but its not only that the headboard lose and there's no wheels on the bed so am unable to move the dam bed to tighten the headboard am disable not a strong and able woman and for the cost of the bed am truly do not think its worth it and the promise of the sale man revisiting hasn't appeared? So truly really should give u a 1 star for the shocking cost of the bed and me not getting comfortable night sleep on the most uncomfortable bed which I was promised by sales man I wouldn't have no issues and would never want any other bed except theirs wrong if it wasn't for my old electric bed given up the ghost I wouldn't of gone for theirs and quite frankly they can have it back

beds are comfortable can’t complain about that but for the price your charged they aren’t worth it you could get electric beds cheaper somewhere else eg a bed shop the interest charged was a shock over £3000 which i wasn’t told about so finding that out after i signed the contract and the beds were delivered, had i been told that i wouldn’t have got them. as i have mentioned the beds are comfortable but not worth the money

I was very happy with Adjustamatic. The demonstration was very informative and the rep was very personable.Delivery was prompt and the bed has been as good as I hoped it would.customer service was excellent. All in all a very pleasant experience

Mattress moved after first night after spending two thousand seven hundred phoned many many times even phoned bob the rep.After many weeks of waiting someone is coming to fix it at the end of August.I bought the bed as I have terminal cancer and pacemaker in situ I needed the bed fixed a long time ago some aftersales service.

My bed arrived on the appointed day - the company had kept me fully informed - and my old bed and mattress dismantled and removed, being replaced by the new one, plus the headboard that I had purchased separately.
All the mechanisms were explained and demonstrated to me, with kindness and patience.
The bed and mattress are extremely comfortable with the ottoman element being extremely useful.
Overall, this has been a very positive experience and I would recommend the company and their product to anyone, it’s so good.

We needed to delay delivery which was handled brilliantly and the two gentlemen who delivered the items were exceptional. They were so friendly, knew everything we needed to know and couldn't do enough to help. Excellent representatives for the company.

The representative (Steph) was brilliant & explained everything then demonstrated & let us try it out.
Delivery went very smoothly all packages were removed & taken away.
