Excellent Rep, excellent follow up, delivery men did everything needed, even in our awkward flat, with humour and willingness. Old chair collected promptly. A product we wouldn't be without.

Sales person lied, my old only 2 year old bed ended up at waste disposal not British Heart Foundation as I was told. Installers didn't communicate & had I known that they build the bed at my premises I would not have bought it. I have had to change my whole room around to accommodate it! As for the handset, to open a drawer to hook the handset on, you have got to be joking.
It might be a divan with storage underneath but as the mattress sits on slats I have had to ensure everything I am storing are in bags.
Well thanks for the reply but how are you going to fix the old bed destroyed. I suggest when the sales man visits he explains it better than he did with me.

Very pleased with my Adjustamatic reclinable chair, however i feel it was very pricey for the end product. In my opinion it would have been better value for money had a reading light and tablet rest been included.

I bought a mattress which we found little soft. On my phone call to customer service they exchanged with firm mattress. All staff including delivery people are friendly and professional.

The sales team were efficient & punctual plus everything regarding the bed was explained fully. There was no pressure to purchase & the salesman was very helpful in keeping to my budget. The bed was delivered timeously & constructed with the minimum disruption. The only problem was the odious smell which lingered for several weeks despite numerous attempts to erase the odour with various fabric deodoriser. Obviously the bed had been kept in storage & the pungent smell arose from this. The bed has changed my life by improving my back pain enormously & it was worth every penny to achieve these results.

My experience was as it should be , good. All experiences should be good, if not they should not be in business

My new bed was delivered on time. The delivery people were quick and tidy and clearly explained how the bed works

The salesman took time to help us decide exactly what sort of bed we needed.
Delivery was on time and the men who delivered it were good and worked well together.
The one think I dislike is that the two remote ontrols are identical it would be better to have them different colours.

Bed very comfortable to sleep in, very pleased . The reclining chair is is most uncomfortable to sit in any lenght of time I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with it, very upset about spending money on buying this chair,will have to bring back my old chair.

Bed not correct height and mattress doesn’t stay in place. Excuses keep being made to get someone round to put right

I asked for cot sides to be put on my bed before delivery. No-one explained to my husband that I wouldn't be able to get out of bed and would need him to do it for me, meaning I was imprisoned in bed till morning. I rang and asked for them to be taken off, I was promised so money would ring the same day or that week. No-one called so I rang back and was told they were getting someone to ring me later that week, I have now been waiting for nearly three weeks since my last call to them and still nothing. Treat you fine till they get your money after that you just get ignored. Very bad service.

My chair was late arriving but well installed. However phoned to arrange an engineer to call to make an adjustment and am still waiting for a call back to arrange an appointment - nearly 3 weeks after my call. In addition my insurance cover on a previous chair was to be cancelled for 2 years to take account of the guarantee on the new chair. However my monthly insurance premium is still being taken.

THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS WE HAVE PURCHASED FROM Adjustamatic are excellent and the men who delivered the bed deserve a mention in that the access to the bedroom we were asking them to install is restricted stairway so much so that I doubted whether it was possible but no they managed making use of every mm of space

The sales reps and fitters were all very pleasant and polite. Came when they had arranged to come. very careful not to hit walls, particularly when going up or down stairs. Gave me time to vacuum carpet between removing the 'old' bed and putting in the 'new' one, which was very helpful. Talked us through operating the bed. All well done. Thank you.

No pushy sales, all explained well, including options and finance.
Delivered within 3 weeks. The men did a quick, clean efficient job with full demonstration. Bed is a delight, everything and more than expected. Have already recommended to friends.

This held me off buying An adjutamatic riser recliner .after owning 3cheaper chairs of good quality over time.I live in my chair 24hous ,365 days a year.The cheaper chairs suffered compactin of the foam cushions in built.This tended to result in loss of comfort.
The price of adjustamatic was not a problem if it was consistently comfortable.
Ihave to say i now have the chair which has consistant very high levels of comfort so now i see the price as very
Reasonable because it satisfies my requirements.
Well above the cheaper chairs.
