I cannot speak highly enough for Admiral Sports. We were unfortunately left in a pickle with kit not arriving on time. However, Theo and the team at Admiral were superb. Their understanding, direction, communication and support was incredible - exactly how customer service should be!

As for the ordered products - very good quality and sizes are accurate (true to size).

Thanks again to the team at Admiral - you really did go above and beyond to save the day!

Ordered 2 items. The sizing was miles too big for a large, more like an XXL. I returned the items at my expense following the website instructions. I heard nothing so followed up with an email and was told they have no record of my return... Even though I have recorded proof of the delivery!

Quite the scam from this company!

I purchased several items and returned 1 for exchange due to a sizing issue. Returned item 13/12/25 and I have proof of postage delivery on 17/12/25. As I heard nothing I send a message via their on line contact form on 20/12/25 but heard nothing. I contacted them again 27/12/25. The lack of contact is inexcusable and displays a lack of basic customer service.

I can honestly say I will never purchase any further items from this once iconic brand.
I had purchased items for a team event that didn’t arrive and returned items from my orders -
Was told I would be refunded and some 21 days later still waiting for my full refunds contacted Customer Service multiple times to receive e-mails further delaying process.
In essence they don’t read the correspondence and certainly don’t action it!!
I’ve since bought our team wear through Avec who have been excellent.

Always loved Admiral growing up but hadn't bought any of their retro gear as an adult. Recently bought two track tops (Bridge & Cosmos) and really impressed with the quality and the fit. Will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Nobody replied to my emails!
Put my email in ( as instructed, to be notified when stock was replenished, Still waiting for that email!
I kept checking several times a day, and eventually found one. It was for a friends special birthday, who has had a real tough time. So it was pretty stressful, because the top was perfect. Arrived the day of her birthday.
Admiral , you need a decent clear website.

They told me that the purchase will arrive in 24/48 hours and it has been like 5 days. The t-shirt is amazing and the size is correct.

I was really looking forward to purchasing some sports clothes from this company, since they have quite a vintage pedigree.
My first order was lost on the way and my second order has been placed 2 weeks ago and the tracking number says it hasn't even left yet. Both times, Admiral Sports is basically impossible to contact and basically don't answer their emails.
Once worker has informed me that they are moving warehouses right now, therefore there is a bit of a delay, but this is no reason to not answer to your customers...

Really unfortunate, but I won't be purchasing with Admiral Sports ever again.

Great quality products, amazing quality service and quick response regarding a query. Great value for what you get. Esp the hoodies are amazing.

As soon as I finished my online order of 5 items i noticed I ordered wrong size for the last item.
I immediately replayed (the very same minute) the auto confirmation mail and updated the customer support team and asked to change the size from s to m.
This was on Friday night . Since there was no response for my request I wrote tow times more .
Only on Monday I got the response mail saying that since the customer support is closed on weekends but the supply warehouse working my order was already sent.
I asked for refund or changing the item at the delivery point but the answer from you was that you can only replace the item according to return policy. This was a big disappointment for me since the problem created by your procedure.size mistake can happen during online order and you should be abele to support this mistake even if it is on weekend. Again I sent the email the same minute I got the confirmation mail . This time I’m disappointed.
