I originally bought the wrong grips, but the return was handled efficiently with prompt communication.

I've used Adore before, but this time the experience has been shocking. Ordered a premium shaft (£300+) and 17 days later i still don't have it or a refund. I've chased them so many times and all you get is fobbed off, the DPD tracking has it scanned in the day after they built it, but nothing since then, that's 15 days ago. I paid for next day delivery, and even with chasing they only raised an investigation with DPD this week and still no update, I am at the end of my tether and £300 out of pocket. Has to be 1 star as I feel ripped off.

EDIT: I got my refund processed 3 hours after this review. Upping the rating to 3 as a result.

Fabulous customer service from Andy at Adore grips. They didn’t have enough jumbo grips in stock and without hesitation provided mid size grips and two buildup sleeves free of charge for all 13 grips ordered.
Turned up the next day great product as well.

Ordered a set of grips from Adore and immediately encountered trouble with discrepancies between prices quoted and those charged. This got resolved but only after much back and forth emails.
Then had an issue with grips received and encountered appalling customer service: Adore phone never answered (in my four attempts); telephone messages not responded to; emails either ignored or so oddly, and unhelpfully, answered that my impression is that Adore customer service is just AI; certainly my many attempts in interact with a human at Adore got nowhere.
I regret having ordered from this company and certainly won’t do so again.

Adore is my go-to for finding new grips and other materials. Customer service is always great.

Fantastic service!

I had initially ordered for delivery to my work before realising the unit is 5 minutes from my house. Very quickly arranged collection for the next working day and the shipping fee was refunded without even asking!

Very friendly and helpful when collecting, will be back for future grip orders and would recommend anyone based on my experience!

The service has been of high quality and items delivered quickly. I have made a couple of mistakes on my orders and Andy and team have picked these up which is enormously helpful.

Everything went Smoothly, grips were dilivered promptly, and well packaged.
My only gripe is that the delivery costs to EU are expensive, £17/€20. Other UK suppliers offer a free delivery above a cetain spend, I actually reduced what I was going to buy from them because of this, I will buy the rest of what I need from one of the other UK suppliers.
