I purchased two earrings, the Frankie u hoop for my upper lobe and a Cloud clicker for my conch. I absolutely love these two pieces and this company as they stand by the quality and craftsmanship of their products! I recently contacted customer service and worked with Jen who was wonderful! She was patient and informative in our back and forth email exchanges and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be purchasing more to add to my stack! While they seem pricey, the two earrings I have so far are totally worth it knowing that I don’t have to worry about them tarnishing. From one lazy girl to another.. these are worth it! =)

jen was knowledge, kind and completely knowledgeable about how to resolve my issue successfully. unfortunately, this wasn’t the original response from customer service. i was so grateful that Jen jumped in to quickly explain and complete the sale. she deserves an accommodation and a raise.

I bought ADORNMONDE’s 14k Gold Frankie U Hoop and Custom Haimey Piercing; advertised as “sleep-in, shower-in, live-in earrings” great for “sensitive ears”. I have no sensitivity to 14k gold, only nickel—yet my earlobes were itchy and swollen within hours. At this price point, they should not cause a reaction if made as advertised. I contacted customer service twice and received no response. Buyers should be cautious. You’re not getting what you’re paying for.

i had an issue with an order and it was remedied so fast, i was super happy with the outcome and experience as well as the cute earrings!

Customer service is outstanding, I had trouble with a piece of jewelry a few months after I received it, they responded very quickly and sent a replacement and also a prepaid label for the returned piece. I have ordered countless times from them and I can speak to the quality and absolute beauty of their jewelry, I am obsessed and will only order from them for blinging out my ears in the future. Love the company as a whole, and highly recommend.

Horrible customer service and company. I ordered some earrings and they took forever to ship. Once they finally shipped I was looking forward to receiving them. Turns out the package that was shipped through Fedex had its contents stolen. I contacted them and they were going to send replacements. I didn’t want them and now it’s taking FOREVER to get my refund. This happened in August 2025 and I still HAVE NOT received any refund for these items. I’m waiting for about $700 to be refunded back to me. Every time I ask them about any updates they keep saying they are “waiting for FedEx”. SUPER SUSPICIOUS with no evidence from them speaking to FedEx when I keep asking for evidence. Anyways I’m never buying anything from here ever again.

HORRIBLE customer service and faulty products. Way too expensive for the quality of product. I was given two Frankie hoops in February and one of the screws would keep loosening. Eventually it fell off and the hoop was hanging on my ear for dear life. I reached out to customer service to tell them what happened and see if they could provide a replacement as that should not have happened. They told me they would cover a replacement if I could send the full product back. Crazy given it fell out of no where. It was not possible to find the screw because I had no clue when it fell or where. I went ahead and purchased a replacement piece myself. I was sent the wrong color piece after a month of purchasing..they claim I purchased rose gold not gold. My order confirmation does not even state the color I purchased. If it had been a mistake and the confirmation showed that I would have reached out immediately-but the confirmation did not show it. They want me to pay for shipping, handling, restocking and the shipping for the gold piece. It’d be about the cost of the piece itself. This company is a scam and I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere!

I would rate this company a negative 10 if I could. After a giant hassle they agreed to accept my return and sent me a return label. Now they have my return and three weeks later I still haven’t received a refund and they aren’t replying to my email. So now they have my earring and my money. I’m not giving up!

I honestly could not be more pleased with my Adornmode earrings I just received them yesterday and already receiving so many compliments! They are worth every penny!
The craftsman is supreme…down to the last detail. There is something about putting on their earrings that just makes a woman feel, well, prettier!
My interaction with their customer service has been quite impressive as well. Their core mission is to see that their customers are totally happy; and will do everything in their power to make sure you are satisfied.
Bottom line I would very much recommend Adornmonde. I’m already planning of purchasing more items in the near future.
As you can tell, I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

This is the worst. I scheduled to return an earring on Friday - before my 2 weeks were up and the system wouldn’t let me so I wrote in. Ready for the idiocy?? CS - in the Philippines I’m assuming - said I tried to return it Saturday which would be a day too late. Problem is - I WROTE THEM ON FRIDAY STAMPED AND DATED IN MY EMAIL!!!!! The system refused to let me return - INSIDE THE RETURN WINDOW!!!

This company is terrible. They ship through USPS, so it took more than 2 weeks for my order to arrive (it did not even show as shipped on their end for more than a week). It took so long for my order to come that I was away on vacation when it came and the package was stolen. At that point I just wanted a refund but they slow shipped a replacement instead, which I then had to return and request a refund. This process took 2 months. They put in a claim (allegedly) with USPS, which was conveniently denied. They then told me my only option was a credit, even though I had video evidence of the package thief and I had purchased the package protection. Magically I got a refund after I sent an angry note, so the entire process took from June to the end of September. Run away from them, do not walk.

I'm writing this review because I got very worried before ordering because of the reviews that I read here so I wanna let people know of my GOOD experience with the site!
Today I got my star u-hoop earring that I ordered on the 8th of June. It took 2-3 days longer than expected, but I think that was my country's post office problem ...
the earring arrived and it's just as pictured... very beautiful and special! The package was also very nice🩷🥹💫
Ps. I payed extra money when it got delivered, unfortunately like 10% of the price I payed for the earring, because of customs duties, which was a bit annoying, but I guess it depends on every country's policy... ( I ordered in Romania)

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I placed an order which said 15 days to make but then 3 weeks to receive on the order confirmation. I realized it won't arrive before my vacation so I asked to cancel immediately after the fact. They responded that made to order is not eligible to cancel according to their term and condition which is fine. But that doesnt explain the inconsistency between 15 days and 3 weeks notice.

My 26 y.o. daughter wanted the U shape diamond screw earring for her birthday. That's the only reason I would buy 'fine' jewelry from a previously unknown website. The fitting guidelines helped us successfully choose the correct size for her ear. Upon first wearing ( and apparently tightening the screws as hard as she could) one of the diamond screws fell off and was lost. Since it was a gift, I contacted Adornmonde with the intent of buying a replacement part for her. Jen in Customer Service was more than friendly and personal! She gave good advice and generously offered to replace the screw for us. I trust this website now!

Bought one earring that have to made on order which required 15 days of waiting, whilst it took weeks for international orders to arrive at my door. The earring is pretty, not much problem on the product itself. The price is affordable but you really have to be patient. So I would say if you found something special that only available on their website, just wait for the delivery. Otherwise, there are other choices of shop in the market.

Rude customer service and they’re absolute liars. They keep promoting this high-demand earring that they say will be released soon and they never actually drop it, so it’s clearly just to gain followers. Then they breadcrumb you consistently by saying it will be released in a month or two, but I called them out and they just provide some ridiculous excuse about how the product is fully made from gold so it’s too expensive that they’re not releasing now. They didn’t even apologize for false advertising or literally ANYTHING, it’s wild.
