We received an advertisement in the mail for refinancing our mortgage. I reached out to a representative of this company. After a long conversation and answered questions, I let him know that I would consider his options. After talking to my husband, we agreed to the offer and proceeded with the refinancing. My husband and I were able to pay off our debts with money, from the new loan. There was amount left to do some things with the house. I recommend this company for their dedication and help along the way to the end of the process. If you are looking for a reputable company for your mortgage needs, I recommend Advantage First.

I had been contacted with similar offers before but was never sure if it was the right solution for me. I was hesitant because I was never clear on the whole process. I was in a desperate situation where I needed some funds to consolidate some debt. And yes the rates aren't the best right now, but with Caleb's help we were able to get this done consolidate debt that I had bring out a little extra money to prevent future issues.
And by all means it wasn't easy. Caleb stay true to his word. Informed me everyday what was necessary, where the loan was, and how much we needed to get it completed. It was a smooth handover to Kathy Bosch, the senior processor. She made sure I had all the exact documents needed and was constantly in touch with me until this loan was completed. I think both of them very much. They really meant a lot to me to help me through this time and as a combat veteran, I'm not alone with these two at the helm!
If you need a veteran loan refi or it's your first time purchase, these two will get you what you need and make sure it goes smoothly! I couldn't have received a better team to get me through this.
