Regular customers for years and for some reason can’t never greet me by name. Bad customer service.

Wonderful workers!
My last visit was quick, effortless, and a pure joy! Dealing with the wonderful women at the Florence KY location is always a pleasure. My loan officer was Sarah and she was very knowledgeable and helped me navigate the system with ease. I'd definitely go back for all my short term money needs!
