I've known Marina for over 20 years. We started having meetings in her kitchen now it's in the boardroom at head office. The one thing that has never changed though is Marina personal involvement and the staff she employs embody her values, always get back to you always helpful. As the business has expanded Marina has always looked to train her staff to reach the next level.
