Watching Jeff’s videos really helped me zone into what really matters!! Having been an ADI over 10 years ago I needed to learn the new client centered approach….how he explains the 17 core competencies into 3 simple steps was significant to helping me approach my part 3!
How to dig deeper into the students mind and what they were actually thinking via questioning! Even how to deal with my nerves with the examiner being in the back! I believe what I picked
Up on was “sod the examiner” the student is my priority!

Searching for ideas and help, I came across Jeff and his fresh and easy approach. Really hit home how simple things can be. I hope he continues to excel in this fresh and simpler world he has created as I can see the enjoyment he puts in and I fully believe in the model he is trying to promote.

I recently failed my first part 3 attempt, and I sought Jeff's advice to try and figure out where I was going wrong. My local trainer laid a lot of the foundations for me to learn the basics, and Jeff's online course and guidance has really helped me further my development with regard to CCL. I think it's essential to have at least two different instructors / trainers to feed off and be able to discuss lessons / techniques, etc. I now feel more in control of my lessons, and I'm finding it easier to understand my pupils' needs (which is what it's all about, after all).

Not only is the course content helpful and easy to digest, but Jeff is always happy to have a call with you to discuss what you've learned (and subsequently applied in your lessons) in order to help further development. I've had two lengthy calls with him so far, and I've come away from each of them much more informed and confident with what I need to do.

Well worth the time and money, even if you've already got a good local trainer like I have. It's always wise to get a different take on things.

After being left feeling demoralised by a negative experience I received from my training provider (my fault really, I should have Red into the company a little more thoroughly!) I reached out to the instructor training community via the Mirrors, Signal, Podcast (well worth a listen). In doing so, I was contacted by Jeff from Advanced ADI Training. After a telephone chat, he successfully reinstated my confidence and helped to set me back on track. After my looming part 2 test, I will definitely be seeking Jeff’s support for my part 3. I found Advanced ADI Training when I was looking for something to simplify the 17 competencies in a part 3 test.
I took the taster lesson as I wanted to find out more about Disvover, Clarity, Practice, which Jeff goes into more detail.
I then signed up for the full course, which really helped me with Client Centred Learning. Jeff explains everything clearly and simplifies what Client Centred Learning is and how to put it into practice. Jeff has even taken the time to talk to me via Zoom, which was a great help.
Attention all PDI's, check out this course, its worth every penny.

Could not recommend AAT more. I had test nerves a few days before my part 3 ADI exam and when I saw that it can be broken down into 3 segments that were manageable and clear. My life got a whole lot easier. I passed my ADI part 3 first time only having my trainee licence for not even a whole three months. If you are an PDI, no matter how much training you have received. Defo use AAT to help get you there. It works!

I passed my part 3 with the help and support from Jeff, who is absolutely amazing! Jeff is a great trainer, who is very knowledgeable, supportive and has a great way of explaining things. I found Jeff on a podcast were he was explaining the 17 compentices to pass the part 3 as Discovery clarity and practice and made me want to understand his way more, so I found more out about him and his course. I emailed Jeff who was more than willing to contact me and discuss the course he offers and not once did he pressure me into buying his course! I went on to buy the course and now I have a lot better understanding of what is required to pass the part 3 after I feel I was let down by my national trainer. I have also been and had a one to one session with Jeff to improve myself as a PDI.
If your looking for help and understanding in passing the part 3 I would highly recommend Jeff with his online training (completed) and also if your within travelling distance of him in York I would also recommend some one to one training with him.

I like Jeff's teaching style, simpl and clear and making the lessons very interactive for the pupil make things really easy fir the learners his teaching is spot on I learned a lot of him specially ( discovery, clarity and practice) its simple and helpful

Jeff is a brilliant, approachable and highly experienced coach. The video content for the course is engaging and easy to follow and Jeff always responds to any follow up questions promptly and clearly. I would recommend Jeff to anyone who is either thinking about becoming s driving instructor or who is struggling with their current training course.

Jeff is a top lad, always ready to go out of his way to help. His videos are top quality in terms of quality. I especially enjoy is common sense approach-filled video demonstrations. His knowledge of his subject is encyclopedic. The course contents are well recommended for PDIs and ADIs alike.

Jeff has a way of explaining things that really seems to simplify the process of training to be an ADI.
Great videos and loads of useful content both for FREE content on AAT's YouTube channel and his online courses which are great value for money.

This course has completely changed my view on sitting my part 3 test.

It makes so much more sense now rather than thinking about every competency.

Discover ,Clarity and Practice is a more simple way of understanding lesson planning risk management and teaching strategies.

My current driving school made it sound so much more complicated and to be honest completely confusing and most of all boring.

Am so thankful so finding Jeff on YouTube and then watching the student teaching videos and then completing your part 3 course.
