I had an issue with a hashboard from my S19j pro so I sent it in having heard that James and his company do a good job with repairs. They took a while to diagnose the issue but they were persistent and were able to figure out what was causing my hashboard to malfunction. It can be unnerving sending a hashboard through the mail to someone you don't know personally but the communication was great throughout the entire process and I felt confident that I was working with trustworthy and qualified repairmen. After sending S17+ 73th boards to three different repair centers, even a authorized bitmain repair center with zero out of 18 board success rate. I finally got s17 boards repaired here with James. And how refreshing to see professional packaging so nothing is damaged in shipping the repaired boards. This is triple a repair service. I am more than satisfied and tell everyone I know who can actually repair boards. Not going to mention the four companies I've sent boards to in the past. 10 out of 10 here!!!

James and his team are highly competent and professional. It’s almost impossible to find anyone to repair miners, so you’d expect a crappy experience once you finally do find someone. But not in this case. They turn around our machines fast and do an amazing job. We send everything their way. Highly, highly recommended and trustworthy.
